Runes
|
|
Conqueror is the most common rune for Fiora. Basic attacks or spells that deal damage to an enemy champion grant 2 stacks of Conqueror for 8s, gaining 2-5 Adaptive Force per stack. Stacks up to 10 times. When fully stacked, heal for 15% of the damage you deal to champions. Fiora is powerful with Conqueror because you can stack it every time you hit vital with Q + even outrade enemy without getting tocuhed, do it few times and you can start fight with full stacked Conqueror, so you will heal even more effectively.

Grasp is second rune you can go on Fiora. It is better at laning phase but worse in fights and late game than Conqueror, but Grasp of the Undying is worth picking if u play agaist hard poke champs or champion like Renekton that can outrade you back easily if you use Lunge on him.

can be useful agaist lane bully like Vayne or Lucian, etc..

SUMMARY
The best rune for
Fiora is Conqueror and secondary Resolve. But there are some match ups where it is better to take other kind of runes that I discovered.
Items

You should rush this item after tiamat, if are you playing agaist champion that heals a lot like Aatrox Vladimir Dr. Mundo etc..it is good agaist them, because it reduces healing for 40%.
|
|
|
Is the first item you should get. Ravenous Hydra is amazing item for wave clear, but it is also very good for outrading enemy with its activation.
|
|
|
Good to rush tabis first, if you losing to ranged toplaner or if they have a lot ads, building Ninja Tabi and Mercury's Treads depends a lot on what enemy is fed.
|
|
|
Same like tabis you rush it if you lose agaist ap laner etc.. |
|
|
Is the second item you build after boots and Ravenous Hydra, it fixes your mana problems a lil bit and gives you even more mobility and after you use ability your next aa will deal 200% physical dmg.
|
|
|
Can be built instead of Trinity Force, you should build it if enemy team has 2 or more tanks, because, it gives you armor shred, more hp and costs less, so it is also good, if you lose agaist tank on lane.
|
|
|
Gives you healing from true damage, which Fiora have from vitals, 30armor and magic resist make her a bit tankier and the ad it gives you makes her more strong. I build it as a 3rd item. |
|
|
Can make you survive more fights with its passive and hp you get, but it also gives you some ad. |
|
|
Is useful, if you play agaist 2 or more tanks. |
|
|
Is good agaist healing champions and alternative for Lord Dominik's Regards.

Can be good if enemy team has too much crowd controls, but you have W and if you don´t go 1v5 you don´t need it :D |

Is cool item, if enemy team has like 3 aps or even 2strong. Gives you even ad. |

Can be good at saving your life, but it has big cd, so it isnt´t that good. |

Gives you little shield and huge lifesteal+80ad that is a lot..I would not build it, but if are u overfed you could build it. |

Useful if enemy team has more champions with strong aa good if they have like 2 marksmans or even Jayce etc..also good item if you want to be tanky and reduce healing so it can be alternative for Mortal Reminder.

U should build it if are you playing agaist 2 or more champions with heavy crits like Yasuo Tryndamere or some adcs.
|
|
|
Makes all your healing bigger for 30% even healing from items and runes. It gives hp that is needed and magic resist, so you should build it only agaist more ap champions. |
Spells
PASSIVE-DUELIST'S DANCEOn enemy will be created vital that you heal from, deal true damage, get movement speed from hitting the vital. If you go lil bit out of lane or enemy does so the vital will disappear and when u come back there will be created new one, it is useful, if the vital is behind him so you will just go away for like 5 secs and you will get vital, that you can hit. |
Q-LUNGE Lunge is dash that can hit enemy, proc vitals but also dashing through the wall, which is very useful for hunting/escaping.

W-RIPOSTEFiora parries all incoming damage for 1,75, after this time she stabs enemy in range of it and slow him, if any enemy does any kind of crowd control during her W she will stun him instead of just slowing. |
E-BLADEWORKHer next two atacks will have increased atack speed, the first one will slow the enemy and the second one will do a crit, it works as an auto atack reset. It can proc vitals aswell. |
R-GRAND CHALLENGEFiora will target enemy on that enemy will be created 4 vitals, if she hits all of them or you will hit at least one and target will die, Fiora and her allies will heal for some time.

Tips/playstyle/combos
Fiora is very strong champions for 1v1 or even 2v1, she got huge outplay potentional but is mechanically harded, if you have not played her a lot I would not recommend to play her in rankeds. U gotta play her a lot to master her. Even one small mistake from hitting vital or Riposte will cost you a lot. But that does not mean that you could be greedy and do anything on lane. You should be careful at a lot of matchups.
Do not risk too much if you have not mastered her enough or if you are not mechanical god.
Learn her combos if you want to play her really well. For example Q,W combo is very useful to stun enemy if you are stucked in Veigars cage or if you know where shaco has his box, there are more situations where you can use it. It works like that: you Q and fastly press W too so you will dash with W, it is pretty easy.
