Champion Build Guide
Go late
All you have to do with gangplank is go late game. If you have money and can get your core items faster you will be able to win faster but you will never win 1 vs 1 in lane so just try to help other lanes with Ulti and don't try to kill your laner with it / farm and help other lanes as much as you can.
