You know how to use it..

Go top and just farm, if your enemy is weak you can try to kill him but you don't have to. Your mission is farm. Farm as much as you can, if enemy haras you just go close to your tower and let the passive heal you. You can also wait and when the passive activates just use health potion and go farm. As i said you don't have to kill your enemy, you can just push him, play safe or wait for jungler to get a kill.

That's all.

Now that you have warmog and solari you almost can't be push 1vs1, even with enemy jungler you can def the tower very well. Stay in lane as long as possible, if you push enemy under his tower and can't farm try to gank mid or counter jungle if you see that enemy jungler is on bot.

The end.

Now when you have farm, items and even kills you are the point of the game. If you communicate with your team and do good initiations and focus you win this. You can tank enemy for a long time and do a lot of dmg too.

With this build i lost only one game and i was like 20/5 or something like that...
