you should use the active skills of ravenous hydra that deal damage each 10 seconds and active skill of blade of ruined king which is powerfull against tanks because it deal 15% of his maximun healt damage . those 2 active skills are very efficient on 1 vs 1 or on a team fight.
for the boots, you can buy the Enchantment: Alacrity which give you more movement speed.

you can change mark of attack speed by mark of armor penetration if you want

Hemorrhage it's a very helpfull skill because it can kill enemys who try to scape and it help you a lot in a fight

Decimate affecting all enemys around you have the adventage that also activates hemorrhage in all the enemys you punch with decimate helping you with minions when you try to kill a champion.

you play against a champion who can stun you, you should use first Crippling Strike for the champion can not scape very fast an then, when the stun is over you should use Apprehend for puul the enemy to you an then you can kill him easier
