[TOP/MID] Fleet Footwork - Corrupting Potion - Barrier or Teleport | She hard outscales you, and you lose laning phase after level 6. This is my go-to ban for top lane.
Annie
[MID] Any Rune (not LT or DH) - Corrupting Potion - Barrier or Cleanse recommended | This lane is difficult to win on Corki, but if Annie wastes her stun, it's very easy to punish with an all-in.
Zed
[MID] Any Rune (not DH) - Cull or Corrupting Potion - Exhaust | This lane is very difficult, but if you play safe and farm, and exhaust when he tries to all-in, then you should be able to win this lane.
Yasuo
[MID/TOP] Any Rune (not DH) - Corrupting Pot - Barrier or Exhaust | Play around wind wall cooldown.
Vel'Koz
[MID] Any Rune (not LT or DH) - Any Item - Any Spell | Very annoying to lane against, but if you can utilise your dash and good dodging ability to escape poke, you can win.
Kassadin
[MID] Any Rune - Cull - Any Spell |Outscales you, his passive (takes reduced magic damage) counters you.
Vladimir
[MID/TOP] Any Rune (not LT or DH) - Cull or Corrupting Potion - Any spell | Very annoying kit, don't engage until after he's finished his puddle spell. Try to bait it out.
Ekko
[MID] Any Rune (not DH) - Corrupting Potion or Cull - Any Spell | Careful of his powerful all-in, as long as you don't get stunned you should be able to survive. Once his R is down, you have a good chance to win all-in.
Yone
[MID] Any Rune (not DH) - Cull or Corrupting Potion - Exhaust recommended | After he engages all-in with R and/or Q3, and you've (hopefully) avoided it, that's your chance to fight.
Fizz
[MID] Any Rune (not DH) - Cull or Corrupting Potion - Exhaust | Be very careful of his hop, when it's down you're safe to fight. Exhaust is extremely helpful at winning fights and reducing Fizz's burst.
Irelia
[MID/TOP] Any Rune (not DH) - Cull or Corrupting Potion - Exhaust or barrier recommended | If you can dodge Irelia's stun, or if she misses R, you can win fights as she cannot get enough Q resets. Be careful when she starts glowing, as that means she has full passive stacks and is extra powerful.
Veigar
[MID] Any Rune (not LT) - Cull if farming, Corrupting Potion if playing aggro - barrier or cleanse recommended | As soon as Veigar has no stun, you can afford to all-in him.
Katarina
[MID] Any rune - Corrupting Potion - Exhaust recommended | Katarina will have trouble winning into a Corki with exhaust, but Katarina players are known for roaming a lot around the map. You need to play around this by catching her off when she tries to roam and following her around.
Cassiopeia
[MID/TOP] Any rune (not LT) - Corrupting Potion - Barrier or Cleanse | Cassiopeia is a very aggressive champion. You need to avoid getting poisoned as much as you can, otherwise it is easy for her to do a LOT of damage to you. Once her root ability is down though, you can try to dash on to her and go for a kill.
Pantheon
[MID/TOP] Any rune - Corrupting Potion - Barrier or Cleanse | Pantheon has a lot of damage, but he needs to lock you down with W to get a lot of it off. If his stun is down, then you are basically guaranteed a free kill, as long as you hold your dash to bypass his shield.
LeBlanc
[MID] Fleet Footwork - Doran's Blade - Barrier | Pain in the ass champ, is able to one-shot you, and is impossible to chase or escape while her R is up.
Corki, the Daring Bombardier

Corki is an excellent choice due to his versatility as a champion, he can fit into a lot of team comps, and can provide a lot, due to his ability to work in different lanes, his ability to build many different ways and use different runes, and his ability to do multiple kinds of damage.
Pros and Cons
+Versatile
Corki can build a lot of different ways whenever he needs to.
+Great Teamfighting
Corki does a lot of AOE damage which allows him to do well in teamfighting.
-Weak Laning
While Corki does well late game, he struggles a lot in the earlier stages of the game.
Corki's basic attacks are permanently modified to deal 20% physical damage and 80% magic damage.
After 8 minutes, Corki can return to base to pick up The Package, gaining extreme out-of-combat Movement Speed (150% while in base, 40% outside) and can cast Special Delivery for 60 seconds. A new package appears 4 minutes after the last was used.
The magic damage portion of this passive is extremely important on Corki, and it's a huge part of why this champ is powerful.
