Conqueror
PASSIVE: Ranged role Ranged basic attacks on-hit against enemy champions grant 1 stack of Conqueror, while Melee role melee basic attacks on-hit grant 2 stacks. Abilities that deal damage to an enemy champion always grant 2 stacks.
Each stack of Conqueror grants 1.2 − 3 (based on level) bonus Attack Damage or 2 − 5 (based on level) Ability Power (Adaptive) for 6 seconds, stacking up to 10 times, for a maximum of 12 − 30 (based on level) bonus Attack Damage or 20 − 50 (based on level) Ability Power (Adaptive). When fully stacked, Ranged role ranged champions heal for 8% of the post-mitigation damage dealt, while Melee role melee champions heal for 15%. The buffs refresh upon dealing damage to enemy champions with attacks or abilities.
Damage-over-time effects and ongoing sources of damage will grant the stacks / refresh them only once every 5 seconds.
Triumph
PASSIVE: Champion Damage rating takedowns, after a 1-second delay, restore 12% of your missing health and grant an additional Gold 20.
Legend: Tenacity
PASSIVE: Gain 5% (+ 2.5% per Legend stack) Tenacity icon Tenacity, up to 30% with 10 stacks.

Last Stand

PASSIVE: Going in combat by affecting an enemy Champion within 3 seconds of using a dash or Flash blink, or exiting from Twilight Shroud old2 invisibility or Ambush 2 camouflage, grants 7 Lethality (4.36 − 7 (based on level) armor penetration) and 6 Magic Penetration for the next 5 seconds.
If the triggering effect deals damage it will also benefit from the penetration.

UNIQUE Passive: Immolate: Deals 12−29 magic damage per second to nearby enemies within a 325 range (depending on level). Hitting an enemy with an immobilizing ability deals 12−29 (+3% bonus health) bonus magic damage (depending on level) and releases a fire nova that also deals that bonus damage to nearby enemies (with a 12 second cooldown). Immolate's damage is increased by 300% against minions and monsters.
UNIQUE Passive: Challenging Smite: Smite can be cast on enemy champions reducing their damage by 20% and marking them for 4 seconds. While marked, your basic attacks apply a burning effect to the target that deals 48-125 (based on level) true damage over 2.5 seconds.
UNIQUE Passive: Tooth / Nail: Basic attacks against monsters deal 40 bonus physical damage. Damaging a monster burns it for 80 magic damage and heals you for 30 health over 5 seconds. Killing large monsters grants 50 bonus experience gain +50 bonus experience for each level higher the monster is than you.
Limited to one Jungle item.

UNIQUE Passive: Rage: Dealing physical damage grants 20 Movement Speed for 2 seconds. Killing any unit or receiving an assist on a champion that has any amount of Black Cleaver armor shred grants 60 Movement Speed for 2 seconds instead.

Limitations
On ranged champions, CRUSHING BLOW cannot Slow. However, Momentum will still discharge on-hit.
