Conqueror
PASSIVE: Ranged role Ranged basic attacks on-hit against enemy champions grant 1 stack of Conqueror, while Melee role melee basic attacks on-hit grant 2 stacks. Abilities that deal damage to an enemy champion always grant 2 stacks.

Each stack of Conqueror grants 1.2 − 3 (based on level) bonus Attack Damage or 2 − 5 (based on level) Ability Power (Adaptive) for 6 seconds, stacking up to 10 times, for a maximum of 12 − 30 (based on level) bonus Attack Damage or 20 − 50 (based on level) Ability Power (Adaptive). When fully stacked, Ranged role ranged champions heal for 8% of the post-mitigation damage dealt, while Melee role melee champions heal for 15%. The buffs refresh upon dealing damage to enemy champions with attacks or abilities.

Damage-over-time effects and ongoing sources of damage will grant the stacks / refresh them only once every 5 seconds.

Triumph
PASSIVE: Champion Damage rating takedowns, after a 1-second delay, restore 12% of your missing health and grant an additional Gold 20.

Legend: Tenacity
PASSIVE: Gain 5% (+ 2.5% per Legend stack) Tenacity icon Tenacity, up to 30% with 10 stacks.
LEGEND: Gain Legend stacks for every 100 points earned, up to 10:
-100 points for champion Damage rating takedowns
-100 points for epic monster Damage rating takedowns
-25 points for large monster kills
-4 points for minion kills

Last Stand
PASSIVE: Deal 5% increased damage to champions while below 60% maximum health. This increases based on your missing health, up to 11% increased damage while below 30% maximum health.

Sudden Impact
PASSIVE: Going in combat by affecting an enemy Champion within 3 seconds of using a dash or Flash blink, or exiting from Twilight Shroud old2 invisibility or Ambush 2 camouflage, grants 7 Lethality (4.36 − 7 (based on level) armor penetration) and 6 Magic Penetration for the next 5 seconds.
If the triggering effect deals damage it will also benefit from the penetration.
Cooldown
4 (on expiration) seconds

Ravenous Hunter
Heal for 1.5% (+ 2.5% per Bounty Hunter stack) of the damage dealt by your abilities, on-hit effects and items, up to 14% at 5 stacks. Benefits from Heal Power.
Earn a Bounty Hunter stack for champion Damage rating takedowns, up to one per unique enemy champion.
Healing reduced to one third on Spirit Fire area of effect abilities.

SKIRMISHER'S SABRE - CINDERHULK

Passive: Grants 10% Lifesteal vs monsters.

Passive: Restores up to 40 mana per 5 seconds based on missing mana while in the jungle or river.

UNIQUE Passive: Immolate: Deals 12−29 magic damage per second to nearby enemies within a 325 range (depending on level). Hitting an enemy with an immobilizing ability deals 12−29 (+3% bonus health) bonus magic damage (depending on level) and releases a fire nova that also deals that bonus damage to nearby enemies (with a 12 second cooldown). Immolate's damage is increased by 300% against minions and monsters.

UNIQUE Passive: Challenging Smite: Smite can be cast on enemy champions reducing their damage by 20% and marking them for 4 seconds. While marked, your basic attacks apply a burning effect to the target that deals 48-125 (based on level) true damage over 2.5 seconds.

UNIQUE Passive: Tooth / Nail: Basic attacks against monsters deal 40 bonus physical damage. Damaging a monster burns it for 80 magic damage and heals you for 30 health over 5 seconds. Killing large monsters grants 50 bonus experience gain +50 bonus experience for each level higher the monster is than you.

Limited to one Jungle item.

UNIQUE Passive: Dealing physical damage to an enemy champion reduces their armor by 4% for 6 seconds. This effect stacks up to 6 times for a maximum of 24% armor reduction.

UNIQUE Passive: Rage: Dealing physical damage grants 20 Movement Speed for 2 seconds. Killing any unit or receiving an assist on a champion that has any amount of Black Cleaver armor shred grants 60 Movement Speed for 2 seconds instead.

DEATH'S DANCE
80 Attack Damage
10% Cooldown Reduction

UNIQUE Passive: Instantly heal for 15% of all damage dealt. Area of Effect and Pet damage only heals 5% for every unit affected.

UNIQUE Passive: Stores 30% of all physical and magic damage received, and is taken as damage over time true damage instead, dealing one-third of the stored damage every second.

UNIQUE Passive: Enhanced Movement: +45 Movement Speed.

MERCURY'S TREADS

UNIQUE Passive: Tenacity: The duration of stuns, slows, taunts, fears, silences, blinds and immobilizes are reduced by 30%.

Dead Man's Plate

UNIQUE – DREADNOUGHT: Generates a maximum of 100 Momentum stacks by moving, which grant up to 60 bonus movement speed. Momentum decays while immobilized or pacified.
UNIQUE – CRUSHING BLOW: Basic attacks discharge all stacks to deal (1 per stack) bonus magic damage on-hit, up to 100. Basic attacks at 100 stacks also Slow by 50% for 1 second.
Limitations
On ranged champions, CRUSHING BLOW cannot Slow. However, Momentum will still discharge on-hit.

Randuin's Omen
+70 armor
+400 health

UNIQUE: -20% Critical strike damage taken from basic attacks.
UNIQUE – COLD STEEL: When hit by basic attacks, Cripple source's attack speed by 15% for 1 second.
Active
UNIQUE: Slow icon Slows all enemy units within 500 units range by 55% for 2 seconds (60 second cooldown).

use Randuin's Omen if you play against champions have Critical strike

Thornmail
+80 armor
+250 health

UNIQUE – THORNS: Upon being hit by a basic attack on-hit, reflects 25 (+ 10% bonus armor) magic damage, while also inflicting Grievous Wounds on the attacker for 3 seconds.
UNIQUE – COLD STEEL: When hit by basic attacks,cripples source's attack speed by 15% for 1 second.
use Thornmail if you against ad and champions give heal or give to himself or have items life steal

Spirit Visage
+10% cooldown reduction
+450 health
+100% base health regeneration
+55 magic resistance

UNIQUE: Increases effectiveness of all sources of health restoration by 30% (including health regeneration, life steal and spell vamp).

use Spirit Visage when you against ap . actually its my favorite item to kayn darkin to give him more heal with Death's Dance

Sterak's Gage
+450 health

UNIQUE – GIANT STRENGTH: Gain 50% of base attack damage as bonus attack damage.
UNIQUE – LIFELINE: If you take 400 − 1800 (based on level) damage within 5 seconds, you gain a shield for up to 3.75 seconds equal to 75% bonus health, which start decaying after 0.75 seconds (60 second cooldown).
Triggering LIFELINE grants STERAK'S FURY.
UNIQUE – STERAK'S FURY: Grants increased size and +30% Tenacity for 8 seconds.
Limitations
Can only be purchased on melee champions.
