Okay. I think I can work your build into this one, and thank you for the advise to make my build more presentable. I'll look at that and update this guide as I go when I add you build.

YOu can add pictures in the text by typing [[Aatrox]] which creates Aatrox. Besides, you can use icons like [icon= Aatrox size=30] to create and you can change the size if you want to to make larger pictures. For further information you can read this. Give credits to the author if you use stuff!
You can just start with Long Sword + 3 Health Potion and I still recommend you to add boots and consider more defense items just out of knowledge.
I recommend you running 9 Greater Mark of Attack Damage, 9 Greater Seal of Armor or against AP 9 Greater Seal of Scaling Health, Greater Glyph of Magic Resist or Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist and Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage or Greater Quintessence of Attack Speed.
You didn't use all 30 points in the Masteries so I recommend you going for Block , Recovery , Unyielding , Veteran Scars and Juggernaut .

Still the point I disagree the most with next to Runes are items. I just consider you building more like this as a suggestion: Mercury's Treads/ Ninja Tabi, Blade of the Ruined King, Randuin's Omen, Spirit Visage/ Banshee's Veil, Ravenous Hydra, Guardian Angel.

First off, how did you add pictures? I looked and couldn't figure out how to add the item pictures.
Second, It's "Health Pack" of course their is a lot of life steal.
Third, you did not read starting item note saying "this is how I start, if you have a better start, use that."
Fourth, which runes do you recommend? I'm apparently not familiar enough with runes. I focus on the runes being Attack because I'm more of an auto-attack person and want to maximize as much damage as possible.
Fifth, for your masteries, what did you do on Defense that I missed?
Sixth, you also did not read note for skills because I said you could max blades first if you prefer that over the life steal and extra damage.
Seventh, I'm going to add more in the future so thank you for your helpful advise.

Your Runes and Item build path are way to messed up. Takin three life steal items is way too much because regarding on one or two items like Blade of the Ruined King and Ravenous Hydra is enough. Focusing on more defense items next to Spirit Visage like Randuin's Omen and Guardian Angel. Boots are mandatory especially Tenacity boots and items like Infinity Edge (thus you can remove your Crit Chance Runes) and Last Whisper are suboptimal. Doran's Blade is an ideal start item and your first purchases shouldn't focus on that much items.
Talking about Runes again you take pure offense and Armor Penetration, Crit Chance and Hybrid Penetration are poor stats on Aatrox.
You can max Blades of Torment too and 21/9/0 Masteries are optimal.
