Champion Build Guide

Healthy Poppy/ Hi Dam

Really this entire kit revolves around grab tiamat early and winning lane by landing aoes => maxing grasp of the undying => autoing with shield. (You must kite with Titanic hydra and shield even during late game to maximize build).
So let's look at why building max health on Poppy is good.
@ 6000 hp
Titanic Hydra deals 65hp on hit + 190hp in cone. 640hp when activated (that's over 3k damage in tf)
Sterak's Gage gives a ~3000hp shield and +61 AD
Sunfire's immolate deals 240hp when proc'd (that's ~2.5kin tf)
The massive health let's Poppy use her Q indefinitely (8% max health dam) and easily activate titanic hydra and proc sunfire cape then leave (Poppy's shield does 20% max health at lvl 18, and sterak's give 3000hp shield) ultimately giving you 10800hp to get in and out of tfs dealing decent damage. This is definitely my favorite Poppy build.
