Well in today's season tanks are dominating the meta but rengar is not holding back when he got a decent buff at 7.18 ( plus armor ) that buff may be small but it helps him a bit in toplane to scale, with this build this helps you fight againts specific champions like j4,quiinn,ap mages,bruisers,and other toplaner's when playing rengar in toplane in ranks you can't always play him all the time at toplane you also need to reconsider playing if it's dangerous on playing rengar, like they have many chain CC'S don't play him but if you have the opportunity to play him and can win the lane DO IT when playing rengar in toplane you need to snowball as hard as you can so they can't scale up for your team to finish them off, that's your job as rengar top SNOWBALL,PUSH,OBJECTIVES,and REPEAT every game you need to do this you can't full carry a game unless your team listen to your shotcalls witch helps you play the game as soon your jungler ganked at 15mins take the RH and proceed to botlane to push and take drakes your only job here is to kill enemies that threats your allies on taking objectives like drake or push.. don't be afraid of using your R to push you can use your R to zone your enemies they will be thinking that you will engage but not you are just scaring them off for your team to score a turret if you can't handle your lane just play safe as you can ward your top and ask for ganks **REMEmBER** it's your job to set up ganks to get kills not your jungler to set up the kills

When CS'ING just use your bush to zone your enemy, everytime you jump on a minion and kill it jump back on the bush *REPEAT* if your enemy tries to CS harras them with JUMP+E+Q+W+W this is the safe poke combo you can run away easily without getting outraded
