Pros / Cons

PROS
-Mobile
-Dem Shrooms
-Extremely strong harass
-Easy to farm
-Good damage throughout the whole game

CONS
-Dies easily if CC'd
-Easily countered
-Not strong if you get behind

Skill Sequence

Start E if you dont have to leash and are against a melee
Start Q if you are against ranged and have to leash
Max Priority R>Q>E>W unless you are against garen or some **** then R>E>Q>W

This item has been a teemo's best friend for as long as I can remember
Hurricane
Not as strong anymore because the crit doesn't benefit you as much but its still good
Boots of Swiftness
I no longer get berserkers because I feel move speed it better
You can get furor because of the changes to homeguard
Ludens
Strong burst item on anyone that uses AP nuff said
Rageblade
Not as good on Teemo as it is on other champs(stares at jax), but its still good
