You can go for their blue at 1.55 if javelin taken at lvl 1. Just put ward to their blue and try your best sniping down the golem. At lane, always try to toss javelins from the place that your opponent cant see, but before tear, dont toss too much javelins if ur not sure of its hitting. You just waste your mana by doing that. Just put traps on the both sidebushes, and focus hard on farming. After lvl 6 you can toss javelins a bit more aggressively, depending of the champion against you on the lane of course,if you got tear. Late game your team should avoid initiating before you have hit some javelins, and your traps are REALLY useful, because they reveal the target for so long time.
