There's not much to say about the Runes other than you could change the Movespeed for AD Quints.. so go have fun with either

The only other acceptable choise would be Grasp of the Undying but you're actually not tanky enough, meh....

Now we get to the important part of this guide!
you don't really need teamwork. **** Teamwork! The only thing you need is a bush on the enemy side and a Controll Ward. The tricky part is to put the Ward just outside the bush so people have to walk up to you to clear it which is the greatest bait in human history. But how to you set this up?
First of all you have to go in your ingame settings wehere you can see your buttons. Secondly if you don't play on smart cast you're a ******. And finally third put your itemslot where your ward is on normal cast by clicking the little thunder under it. Now everytme you wan't to ward you see the range and have to place ist by left-clicking. Finally, the little cross changes colors depending on where you want to put it:
Blue being a normal place
Yellow being a not placeble part of the Map where it will be set to the nearest placeble ground
and
Green being placed in a bush
with this information you should be able to maneuver your mouse to get the Ward just outside the bush!

Congratulations, you've mastered one of the simplest Champions in the game you degenarate.
