Annie
Her all in is pretty deadly and you wont be able to do much when she does but her pre lvl6 is pretty weak she will poke you hard try to hook when her stun is down
Bard
This should be easy matchup not much he can do just hook and kill his heal cost a lot of hp and mana so if u poke he will be forced to go for chimes to get mana back there you can kill enemy adc 2v1
Blitzcrank
Well if he hooks your adc just lantern him.If you hook enemy adc he cant stop you.Try to poke him and and dodge hooks and you will be fine
Braum
This is where it gets complicated if he has good syn. like lucian you will have hard time.Try to poke and hook enemy adc when he isnt near or they have bad position also try to eat his q and not let him aa or q your adc there you can win trade and you can flay him away when he tries to shield his adc
Janna
A good janna will make you struggle bot she can cancel your hook with her q and r and she can r you away when u ult her and also shield when you try to harras enemy adc its just erhm.
Karma
She will poke you so hard so you will be scared of engaging but when your jungler ganks should be ez kill
Leona
This shall be ez for you as long you know how to cancel her e with your e.If u do just cancel it every time poke her and hook when her q is on cd try to bait it out.
Lee Sin
Same as when facing leona you can stop his e,q try to poke him and hook when he has abilities on cd atleast 2 of them and shall be ez for you to win trade
Lulu
This is hard matchup bcz she can outrade you with her poke kit and when u go all in she will just w your adc or you and ult her adc.Try to stay behind and ask jungler to help.
Lux
Same here as facing karma but less annyoing.Try to go for hook before her lvl 6 and when she has q and w on cd
Malphite
all he can do is poke with q you can poke more often and deal more dmg just with aa when you hook adc and he is behind or not rlly close to your adc you will win trade try to make distance between him and your adc with q and e in fights.
Nautilus
This can go either way depends on you and your adc if u can dodge hooks he will win early trades but your hooks and your kit is way more scarier for enemy also use your aa range to harras when his e is on cd
Morgana
You will have hard time if you dont have a lot practice with thresh here.Try to bait out her shield by faking hooks and hooking minion so you have shorter cd and then try to hook enemy also watchout her lvl 6 be careful here.
Nami
This can be pretty hard if nami pokes you she also have sustain so trading is smartest idea try to ask for gank and kills should be your here.
Sona
She will poke a lot but once u hook her she is dead.
Soraka
This is bad u cant rlly win trades bot unless you catch them in bad spot or rlly low hp.Whenever you pick 2v2 fight these guys if u focus enemy adc she will heal him so it will be pointless,if you focus soraka since she cant heal herself enemy adc will just roll over you...try to ask for gank or maybe roam to get some lead.Your adc should be fine 1v2 for while since she has no engage.
Zilean
he will poke and wont die but in trades he doesnt do anything if u manage to juke his bombs keep that in mind
All i want to say here is go for ignite most of the time, since you are thresh and you want some kills early and stuff.. take exhaust only when facing some team that u thing the match goes to late againts them and they are just big threat there or when facing some badass assasins like zed and fizz.
