Team one is the one champion where I got the Idea from and love doing it on, you will hit speeds of 1300+ but only if you blow everything at once, and hit the speed sports on the map and rush into a health cap.

So why the health cap thing, it is so little but everything little thing help my scene said when I hit it 1436speed and ya that could be painful for my opp. to see me like that.

The speed sports are a major thing in the map, you will hit speeds of 1386MS but again you really don't need it.

If you blow everything you should be around 1100MS

Why is this good you ask?

The easiest way to look at this the game is won by holding 3 turrets if you have have 3 people go top and know how to play they should have the game tied up for the other side, the other being a bot holding those turrets but your so fast you can leave battle cap can come back to the same battle before really the other side knows what you have done. make you 3 cap, or my favorite 4 cap, make the game go faster.

PROS of this build
will your so fast no one can really get you.
you can cap really fast.
you can run away and live when most people would had died.


CONS for this build
You hit for nothing, you have no armor really you have some but a whole lot.
You bring 'nothing' to the team. What I mean by that is that ya you cap all the time but where the team in that, your off doing your own thing.
You very easy to kill, if someone figures out what your doing, they will hide at the bottom of the turret, and when you go to cap they will jump you. champions like J4(who can trap you) or champions like Ryze who have a stun, again you can try to out run them but if they get that first hit off that they need you dead.


I never go middle mostly cause there a turret be caped and it does not give a MS buff and also your team needs on someone that is a little harder to kill then you.
