You shut her down pretty easily, but she can get beyond your control and start hitting you real hard. Don't let that happen and you should be fine.
Shaco
Shaco has a hard time killing you. Can't say the same vice versa. Don't fall for his tricks and this one should be easy.
Fiddlesticks
Hecarim
Hecarim loves to charge in with his e and ult. Counter him with your cc and he should go down pretty quick.
Rengar
Stay by your teammates and Rengar may not wanna go in if he can't 1 shot. Keep an eye on his meter since he can cleanse your cc with his empowered w.
Lee Sin
Lee Sin tends to dive in and can burst you pretty hard if you let him get too far ahead. Try to ult him before he attempts an insec.
Elise
Elise has high burst, but you can typically survive it. Get in range of her, and she's good as dead. If she pounces near you with spider form, that's your time to squish her with e. Her only way out is rapple, so be aware of your surroundings. You usually win the 1v1 too, so pick her off when you can.
Nidalee
Nidalee is pure damage. Get a hold of her and she should be done for. Just hope she doesn't prey on your teammates, stay close to try and keep her from pouncing on them. If she gets ahead she can steamroll you into the ground with her poke and burst so win early or at least stay in the game.
Master Yi
Master Yi isn't a problem until he gets a qss, where he can be a nightmare. Try to get a big lead early and shut him down when he goes in.
Zac
Zac is a cc monster, but that's all he can really do to you. If you catch him trying to e away take advantage of it. You could also try ulting him during his e if you wanna stop his engage, and kill him early.
Warwick
You can cc him during his ult and mess with him by not letting him out of fights. He can be a solid duelist though so don't underestimate him.
Amumu
Amumu can outlast you in some situations and kill you 1v1 if you aren't careful. He is rather easy to overwhelm though. Just try not to get combo'd by his cc and use your clear speed advantage to get ahead early.
Shyvana
Shyvana is purely damage so you can burst her down with your team. If an ad shyvana gets ahead you won't be able to duel her. If she's ap then try to dodge her e and you should be fine. She likes to sneak early dragons, so keep it warded if possible.
Graves
Graves has burst but that's about it. Take advantage of your cc to overwhelm him in fights. Try to stay away from walls when fighting him.
Volibear
Volibear will try to halt your approach with his high cc an tankiness. Work with your team to overwhelm him and take advantage of early game. You'll have a hard time dueling him so try to bring a friend when fighting him.
Twitch
You may see some twitch jungles around so try to shut him down in early teamfights. He can easily get out of hand, just like adc twitch.
Wukong
Wukong's ult is annoying, but your cc should be enough to deal with him. Keep track of him and don't ult his w. Don't let him make you look dumb, and this matchup won't be too difficult.
Nocturne
Try to bait the spell shield out and proc it with q. If he tries to fear you away, ult him during the cc. Pay attention and you should be fine here.
Aatrox
Aatrox is becoming less of problem with the nerfs and the revive removal. He's still tough to duel if you're not fed, but with a teammate you can take care of him.
Skarner
Skill matchup. You may consider building qss in the mirror to work around his ult. He may decide to go for you to flex. Flex on him back with your cuck item.
Gragas
Heavy cc and can burst if he's full ap, but after he uses his skill rotation he is very vulnerable. Take advantage of it and if he's full ap you can try to flash ult him and take him out early.
Ivern
Ivern is kind of just annoying. He's hard to get to and kill just like any other enchanter, but he can't do too much if you get in his face.
Nunu can be annoying if he plays well. You can't really kill him, but you can stop his ult and w to let your team help you out. Don't let him contribute too much in fights, and you might be able to turn the tables on his engages.
Rammus
You are an autoattack heavy champion which means food for rammus. You should be tanky enough to survive a taunt but he can deal with you well in teamfights. You have a big advantage on him early game though, so try to counter his ganks and have your team help you in fights. You could ult him to overwhelm him early in fights, and take away a key front line piece from the enemy.
Sejuani
Get around her cc and you should be fine. You won't be able to kill her on your own though.
Udyr
Can go either way, but he usually wins the 1v1 if you're even. Try to get ahead and make him useless or else he'll become a juggernaut.
Jax
He will try to e when you go for the proc. Watch out for it and try to deal with him with your team. You can 1v1 him but only if you're ahead. If you're gonna fight him when you're even it's possible but risky. Careful with his dives during teamfights and try to limit his damage.
Taliyah
Taliyah proves to be surprisngly annoying in the jungle. If you dodge everything and get to her you should win, but she has the burst to kill you 1v1. In fights you can deal with her like you would any other mage. Be aware of her high gank potential with her ult, she can destroy you with a countergank if you don't have flash so be careful and try to keep track of her.
Rek'Sai
Whoever gets ahead early has a big advantage mid game. You scale better than her though and your cc can shut her down. Be careful in a 1v1 against a fed Rek'Sai.
Xin Zhao
Xin can beat you in a deul, but you can give him an early exit during a teamfight. Punish his engages.
Pantheon
Unfortunately I haven't gotten much experience vs new pantheon but he doesn't seem to fall off anymore, rather he has a weak early game. He's better at deuling you but he can't reliably block your e proc since you can go around him so take note of that. Otherwise play around his roaming capabilities, and try to catch him if he can't get you killed with his w.
Kha'Zix
This can go either way depending on who gets ahead. You can deal with him late game with your cc but he can always just build qss and hop away. For and assassin, he burst you really hard during all phases of the game so be careful when dueling him.
Karthus
You would think Skarner wins this jungle matchup but Karthus tends to give me a lot of trouble. He has high damage output, a nasty slow, and free ganks with his ult that can make him unbearably strong. Don't duel him until at least mid game where you have triforce and maybe even some mr, you may underestimate his dueling potential against you. Play carefully and try to pick him off with your team.
Kindred
Deal with Kindred like you would with any other adc. Her dash can be annoying and she busts tanks pretty well. Use your ult well, remember you can take people out of her ult.
Sylas
Fun fact: Sylas's kit actually synergizes better with your ult than your kit does. Fun right? This guy has huge amounts of healing too. Try to cc him to stop his sustain and get him bursted quickly.
Camille
Good at tank busting and can get away easily with her e. She may try to isolate you or knock you away from a teammate with her ult. Try to lock her down to prevent her from contributing much.
Jarvan IV
Jarvan's ult is very strong against you as it can easily stop you in your path since you don't have a way out other than flash. His knockup can also be a nuisance, and he can get tanky enough to survive your ult. Position and your ult timing is very important in this matchup.
Kayn
While shadow assassin isn't too bad to deal with since you can burst him pretty easily, Rhaast can be a huge nuisance. Rhaast's sustain makes him incredibly hard to kill, so rely on your team to burst him hard enough when you cc him. If kayn gets ahead, try to keep away.
Trundle
Trundle hits tanky champions really hard, and you don't hurt him too much. At least you can cc him quite easily so try and rely on your teammates in this rare matchup.
Vi
Vi chunks you real hard. Once she's in however, you can stop her from getting out.
Olaf
You need your team to beat Olaf. He can just ignore your cc entirely, and he beats you 1v1. Hope your team can burst him while he charges in, otherwise try to avoid him until his ult wears off.
Jhin
Adcs without mobility are ideal to play against since they're the easiest to pounce onto. Just be aware that they still do damage.
Riven
Riven can be a bit slippery to fight against so go for cc and be careful when dueling her. A good timing to ult is when she stuns you with q.
Zed
Diving assassins like zed aren't too hard to deal with. Just pick them off with your ultimate or try to bait their qss if they build one. You can duel most assassins if you're even, but they have the outplay potential to win.
Sivir
Try to bait out her spell shield and proc it with q. Remember that her e works against both your initial e projectile and the auto attack that procs it.
Janna
Enchanters like Janna can be annoying. Try to work around them and get on top of them if you can.
Fiora
Bait her w and she shouldn't be a problem in teamfights. The best way is to walk up to her after using e and hope she bites. Be careful dueling her if you're not ahead though, her passive and ult can win it for her.
Morgana
Everything this champ does destroys you. Somehow I tend to win against her more often than not though. Bait her spellshield and just play smart. Let your teammates deal with her if you have to.
Tahm Kench
Tahm can eat people out of your ult so it may actually be better to take him out first.
Darius
Don't let him get too many stacks on you and you should be fine. Just be careful.
Vayne
Beat her early or you will probably lose. Vayne does stupid amounts of burst late game and you may not get the chance to even touch her.
Thresh
Offensively oriented supports like thresh, blitz, and morg work great with skarner. Skarner loves having more cc to support and chain with, though he kinda works well with just about everyone due to the way he works. Thresh, in particular, has a nice trick where you can grab the lantern during your ult. If you have a friend, try it out!
Kled
Skarner looks for 2 things in a teammate, damage and cc. Kled is an example of a champion with both. His ult is useful for helping you rush in and do your thing, while you can stun opponents for him if he's off skaarl so he can get back up.
Lissandra
Lissandra is here as an example for a high cc mid laner. Mid laners with either high cc or burst are really nice to have when playing Skarner. Nearly everyone synergizes well with what skarner does though, let's be real.

Typically I'll start red. If you're top laner doesn't leash you, you'll be fine, it's just slower without the leash. After red go to raptors and then to krugs. After krugs you can either look for a level 2 gank or back if there's no easy ganks. The reason to back now is to buy predator boots for ganking after your full clear. Either take blue or scuttle crab if it's up already, then take the one you didn't get. If there aren't any gank opportunities, finish with gromp and wolves. This pathing allows some flexibility to take advantage of gank opportunities. You can also steal the enemy blue after krugs, but make sure you know what you're doing and are sure it will work. Do this if you know where the enemy jungler is.
Notes for teamfights
You generally want to understand when and who to ult during a fight. If you have flash, you may consider trying to grab a carry. If not, or depending on the circumstances, it may be better to grab a diver who's trying to set up a play. Remember to make your ult count and analyze the situation. After ulting you generally want to act like a bruiser and just deal or soak up damage where you need to.
Skarner Combo List
Yes they do exist
Flash ult: r-flash (you press r first so when you flash onto the enemy it instantly activates to make it impossible to react to. (they can still predict it though)
Stylish e: e-flash-proc (if you time it right and end up landing the e you can make a cool play by instantly closing the gap and procing the e, you can also ult and proc the e after)
"Burst" combo: You may either ult or proc the e first in your skill rotation depending on the situation. Generally you want to auto and proc sheen as much as possible. Auto once or twice while they are stunned in e and then ult, or you can ult first then proc the e to keep them locked down (preferred if you know they don't have flash). Use as many q's as possible as well. A general combo will look something like this: e-q-proc-auto-ult-q-auto.
Make sure you position well in fights and choose the right targets. Choosing wrong may cost your team heavily.
