Cassiopeia
Her twin fang synergizes perfectly with Teemo, as it counts Teemo's E and R and poison, which makes for a perfect combo.

Champion Build Guide
I'm a jungle main who plays a lot of Kindred, Lillia, and Ekko, and I like to lock in Teemo on normals whenever I like to relax and have fun, or just plain want to play top lane. I might update this guide, but that's not guaranteed. Lets move on to the guide.
By the way, this playstyle is an aggressive Teemo playstyle, and may not be for everyone. Play how you want to, just have fun.
- Does a lot of damage with Blinding Dart and Toxic Shot
- Puts Pressure on Enemy Team with Guerrilla Warfare and Noxious Trap
- Lots of fun to play
- Does well in every stage of the game played right
- Strong against AD Champions
- Great for learning kiting
Cons:
- Squishy
- Not good in Blind Pick or competitive
- Weak against AP Champions
- Everyone hates your guts
When you probably should pick Teemo:
- A lot of the enemy champions are AD champions
- You are one of the last people picking
- You are in draft pick or ranked
When you probably should not pick Teemo:
- You are playing Blind Pick
- A lot of the enemy champions are AP champions
- You are the first person picking (this point is nullified if you're in low
elo)
Once you hit level 6 and get Noxious Trap, place shrooms in key areas, like bushes, (especially in the bush in the river near you) or place them to the side of the lane. DO NOT place your shrooms in the middle of the lane unless you want to shove and are willing to waste shrooms to do so. Repeat all of this until you are level 11, then it is time to begin my favorite and final phase: Phase Three!
So far, you've just been bullying your laner, getting fed off of him/her, and roaming a tiny bit if needed, but once you hit level 11 and upgrade your R a second time, you can start roaming, and do the thing that Teemo is best known for: Placing shrooms everywhere!
You usually want to focus on placing your shrooms in an area you think your enemy will go to, then imagine key areas they would be stepping on, or bushes they would go in, and place shrooms on those key positions. Example:
That bush if you are going for drake and the enemy team knows that you are going to do drake, placing a shroom in the bush I placed it in is a great option, especially if the enemy team is in mid or top lane at the moment. This video also shows how Caitlyn can synergize with Teemo well, by placing her trap on one of his shrooms, making the trap have a ton of punishing power for the unsuspecting fool about to step on it. One shroom stepped on is annoying, two shrooms is bad luck, three shrooms stepped on can change the result of a teamfight or of a secured kill.
The final phase is all about where the enemy team is going to go, like your team is doing drake (put shrooms behind the drake), to watch them crumble. Of course, you need to push with your team to get Nexus, and help with baron and other stuff, with any other champion, but make sure to place shrooms often like how I showed you when you're not!
Pushing Wave as Teemo is simple. There are two positions you should try to push to when playing Teemo, shown on the picture.
Push to the red line and keep the waves to the when you want to push and have your enemy at half-low health. If he is at low health, all-in the enemy, be more aggressive and take more cs. If the enemy is dead, and you're not at low health, go ahead and damage turret and take a plating or two.
If you're low health, move to the blue line and play safe. If the enemy is being a bit aggressive, stick to the sides (If you're not against Vayne) and shroom the sides, or stay by turret. This should give your enemy less opportunity to kill you.
Press the Attack: Press the Attack is this build's bread and butter. It helps his damage, matches perfectly with all his poison/burn with the 8% damage buff it gives after three autos, and will secure much more kills than you would have otherwise, which is why we have this as his keystone.
Triumph: Since Teemo without Grasp of the Undying can be pretty squishy, so I chose Triumph because you restore health after you get a kill, which can mean the difference between life and death, especially if you were ignited. Plus, the 20 extra gold is always nice.
Legend: Alacrity: This will give Teemo a lot of attack speed in the late game, which allows him to mow down champions even faster. A good Teemo should be able to avoid most cc, and Ravenous Hunter should give him enough sustain as-is, which we'll get to later.
Coup de Grace: Coup de Grace will help with Teemo's kill potential, as well as amplifying his burn by a sizeable amount paired with PTA when you go all-in. Overall, a great choice for Teemo compared to the other two options.
Cheap Shot: Cheap shot can stack on even more damage for Teemo. Remember, it not only activates when the enemy has impaired movement, but also impaired actions. So, you'll get extra true damage if you start with a Blinding Dart, which is why that is the first thing you do whenever you engage someone, not just to mitigate their damage temporarily.
Ravenous Hunter: Ravenous Hunter is great sustain for Teemo, as it is Omnivamp. Omnivamp works with abilities, so you can get a lot of use out of it, more than Legend: Bloodline.
Nashor's Tooth: Why this first? It's because you don't really need burn until you're in Phase 3 of this guide. And in the early game, Teemo's auto attacks don't do a lot of damage, so the attack speed from Nashor's Tooth can really help, and that is also why I get daggers first when crafting into Nashor's. Attack speed is also the missing thing from Teemo's regular kit to make him a sustained damage powerhouse.
Liandry's Torment is a great second item for Teemo. By this point, he should be coming close to level 11, so have Liandry's at this time is perfect, and you'll get a lot of use out of those shrooms with Liandry's Anguish. It also helps with taking down tanks, too.
Riftmaker is also a great choice when picking your second item for Teemo. It would be best to pick this when dealing with a more squishy team, when you won't need the burn, or when you're against a team with a lot of damage on them. Pick this when you're either dealing with a damage heavy comp, or have a less shroom spammy playstyle and won't need the extra mana from Liandry's Torment.
1. Do not underestimate Guerrilla Warfare. You can get away with some pretty crazy stuff, so make use of it liberally.
2. Less a tip, but more of a reminder: Make sure to kite often, it can mean the difference of life or death in a League of Legends match, especially against Sett.
3. Remember, even though in phase two you should stay in your lane, don't be afraid to help your jungler or mid laner if they're near!
4. If you are pushed into enemy territory and just killed your laner/someone else? Don't be afraid to take their jungler's farm, especially gromp if you took some damage while fighting them.
5. This isn't really a teemo tip, but still good to know. Even if your team is doing terribly and you're tilted, please don't flame them too much. It may help you vent out anger, but it will be detrimental to your team's chances of winning, but also be detrimental to your experience playing LoL overall.
