Why is it immoral
Senna stacks AD, this allows her to utilise the strongest items in League.
This build won´t turn you into 1v5 hypercarry but it will allow you to survive in low elo if you have at least one ally who knows what they are doing.

counted with full build with ravenous hydra and 100 stacks (400 bonus AD)
150 (eclipse) shield
825 (malmortius) Magic shield
220 (Q) heal
100 (Omni/lifesteal) heal (min)
200 (dance) temporary mitigation
480 (dance) heal from takedowns
350 (R) shield
1500 heal/shield
825 Magic shield
(so long as you won´t get focused by THE ENTIRE ENEMY TEAM you should be able to survive or at least be usefull)
Final stats:
2044 hp
173 armor
118 MR
50% crit (100 stacks)
450 AD (325 bonus AD without stacks)
150 (eclipse) shield
