General Tips using Abilities and/or Items
- You can activate Twilight Shroud to cancel abilities like Blitzcranks hook
- Try to hit level 6 while you're in the shroud so that the enemy doesn't see you level up so that you can surprise him with a harass or even a kill
- Learn the exact range of the combination of Flash and Shadow Dance as this is the most important combo to in the late game to kill enemy carries
- Use the Active of Hextech Gunblade after you reach the enemy to get extra time on your slow so it's easier to chase him down!
- If possible by any means only return to base for the first time when you have enough gold (currently 1050) to be able to buy Hextech Revolver
- Get the second part of Twin Disciplines active
- Toss Mark of the Assassin on the enemy
- Follow up with an auto attack to benefit from Mark of the Assassin's mark

- Auto attack
- Optionally: Hit the enemy with Crescent Slash for extra damage
- Run away from the enemy through Twilight Shroud
- Throw Mark of the Assassin on the enemy
- Wait for the cooldown to come back up
- Auto attack a minion to activate the second part of Twin Disciplines
- Drop Twilight Shroud on the ground between you and your enemy and run through it

- Hit the enemy with Mark of the Assassin
- Finish with an auto attack
- Get the second part of Twin Disciplines active
- Drop Twilight Shroud between you an the enemy
- Toss Mark of the Assassin on the enemy
- Follow up with an auto attack
- Run back through the Twilight Shroud
If you're already level 6, after the second part of Twin Disciplines is active, use Shadow Dance to jump on the enemy, toss Mark of the Assassin on the enemy and follow up with an auto attack.
- Toss Mark of the Assassin on the enemy
- Drop Twilight Shroud on the ground between you and the enemy
- Quickly run through the Twilight Shroud and land an auto attack
- Hit the enemy with a Crescent Slash
- Run back through the Twilight Shroud to prevent from taking any damage
- Use Shadow Dance on the minion the is located closest to the enemy champion
- Immediately use Hextech Gunblade's active (if you already have it)
- Hit the enemy with Mark of the Assassin
- Drop Twilight Shroud on the ground
- Auto attack
- Get the second part of Twin Disciplines active
- Close gap with Shadow Dance
- Toss Mark of the Assassin on the enemy
- Use Hextech Gunblade's active to slow the enemy
- Auto attack
- Hit the enemy with Crescent Slash
The reason why you use Shadow Dance before Mark of the Assassin is that the latter's travel time is so slow that the enemy isn't marked when you closed the gap with Shadow Dance so your auto attack will not do extra damage.
- Close gap with Shadow Dance
- Toss Mark of the Assassin on the enemy
- Instantly follow up with an auto attack to proc Mark of the Assassin's secondary damage
- Use Hextech Gunblade's active to slow the enemy
- Follow up with a Crescent Slash
- Toss Mark of the Assassin again on the enemy
- As before immediately follow up with an auto attack
If the enemy champion does use some sort of escape or uses Flash, you can use another charge of Shadow Dance within that combo. To close a really large gap before starting the combo you can use Flash. For added kill pressure you can use Ignite.
Always use Hextech Gunblade's active after you reach the enemy to get extra time on the slow to chase him down.
