In this build, you will be an incredibly fast distraction bird when you ult. It has insane up time and you can almost always be flying around annoying the enemies. You can actually be everywhere. Before all of the speed items come into play, basically up until the Youmuu's and a little after, she definitely has kill pressure. After that, you pretty much become a speedy distraction tank/split pusher unless you smashed in lane.

Anyways, most likely not the strongest build for Quinn. Still, it has some good utility and most importantly is stupid fun. Seriously, try it out and try not to smile while you're level 16 zipping past mofos while they all voice their amazement in all chat "w0w u r s0 f4st!1!1"

Side note, probably not the best for ranked unless you somehow master this meme build in norms. You will 100% get flamed for this build if you do bad in ranked, can confirm.
