Predator Runes, if good at ganking mid, dodging skillshots and objective-focused. If ganking mid, make sure you get an assist, kill, or enemies' spells. Respond well to start early fights that is sure to give you a kill or assist, and/or takes the enemies' spells.

Inspiration Second Rune Tree:
Choose Between:
Perfect Timing, if there are too many CCs from enemy comp or certain assassin(s). | If picked this rune: Bait well. Set well. Make sure you have good synergy with your Nautilus bot lane.
Future Market, if safe/sustain playstyle aimed at middle game power spike. | If picked this rune: Farm well. Active participation in team fights.
Minion Dematerializer, if safe/sustain playstyle aimed at power farming. | If picked this rune: Use both on cannon minion, another for either melee minion. Farm well.
Biscuit Delivery, if aggressive early. | If picked this rune: Harass and trade well, but avoid early fights. Observe biscuit deliveries, mana and health.
Magical Footwear, if went for Predator Runes.

Sorcery Second Rune Tree:
Transcendence, if you're gonna stack CDR items. Harass and AP. Power spike.
Celerity, if went for Predator runes, + good at dodging, ganking, response and/or focused on movement speed item build.
Water Walking, if went for Predator runes, + good at ganking, response and objective-focused.
Gathering Storm, if power farming and late game power spike.
