Runes
Seals-Armor. It's a no-brainer.
Glyphs-Magic Resist Per level. Basically for any AP you come across (Team-fights, Ganks, etc.)
Items
Finish off your boots with Ninja Tabi's. Armor is one of your best friends.
Next start building Phage and Sheen(for Trinity Force)and get a Bilgewater Cutlass(for Hextech Gunblade).
Then finish off your Trinity Force and soon after, your Hextech Gunblade.
Next, Start building your Raduin's Omen. All dat yummy Health regen +Some Health and Armor.
Nest comes your Guinsoo's Rageblade. Almost like a nerfed Gunblade with another Awesome passive.
And finally, an Infinity Edge. Get this to make Squishies feel bad as you will kill them in 5 seconds.
Skill Sequence
Max out empowerment first. It's your main source of Damage output.(Also resets attack timer)
Next max out Counter strike. Dodgedodgedodgedodge STUN!
And then of course, Grandmaster's Might
