I mentioned this on the other Leona Jungle build, but I think this is worth sharing, so I'll post it here as well.
I play Jungle Leona sometimes, but I start with a point in Q first. The reason for this is that Leona has TWO AA resets, which helps a lot with the jungling speed. First you AutoAttack, the you hit Q to reset your AA, and then you AA again by right clicking on the target (you must manually click the target for this to work). This way, you pull 3 consecutive AA in a very short amount of time. Because of this, it's very helpful to get RED first with a strong leash.
Needless to say, you should do this on any target. For example, you E, then right click AA, then Q+AA, then right click AA again.
Because of this double AA resets, I wonder if your build would benefit more from damage items than AS items, since her AA resets kinda make AS less effective against champions.
Hmmmm. Sounds interesting. I knew you could do a 2x, but the 3x thingy sounds tricky. I'm usually not comfortable trying to get an extra auto in after E hits a champion because of flashes and whatnot, and the stun is much more relevant.
But for clears, it could matter. The AA reset would indeed help out with flat AD marks. I don't know without testing which is better. AS probably scales better with BotRK, if you go that far with damage spending.

I love Leona I truly do she is my second favorite champion (first is Sivir) ,thanks to Leona I never miss a skill shot with Thresh XD, anyway I always wanted to jungle Leona and in season 2 I couldn't really do it but these new items and revamps on the old ones have made it possible....
Now On to how your guide performed for me I went full throttle with your build and not only was jungle easy I was out farming everyone in the game the lvl 3 gank was just beautiful the items in the suggested order allowed me to keep up with their the team (i did slightly change the runes though just cause i know how i play Leona) split building the Golem and the BOTRK keep me balanced and happy but also rushing one over the other depending on the situation worked too.. I love your mastery setup it balanced out her weaknesses. after the Golem BOTRH Spirit Visage and a Sheen the game would be pretty much over not allowing me to build any further but so far this is a win for me
Cool, I'm glad it's working. I am also doing better with this than I had been before. I need to talk more about using the Bilgewater Cutlass proc in the guide. It's often great to activate the Cutlass right as your last CC wears off. Sometimes it makes the difference of whether you can get another Q in. For this purpose, Cutlass is plenty, but BotRK is necessary if you're going to have to play cleanup.
The other thing is that the change to Spirit of the Ancient Golem (CDR instead of armor, Kindlegem in the recipe) makes it pretty attractive to rush. I might still get Cutlass first, though.

* Spirit Stone and AS marks are still best for her early clears. So that's fine.
* For faster jungle clears, Sunfire Aegis is the best item which does not compromise her tankiness and late-game relevance whatsoever. It's a bit too expensive, though, and her clears will lag in the mean time. Berserker's Greaves could possibly help her get through this rough patch, but there really isn't an ideal way to clear with her.
* Blade of the Ruined King actually works wonders for her and even turns her into an almost-ok duelist, but it's a broken and OP item at the moment and it will probably be nerfed. I will test Jungleona with BotRK sometime after they balance it.
* Almost any damage item other than BotRK simply costs her too much tankiness in exchange for what little DPS it gives her. In particular, Spirit of the Elder Lizard seems to just cost too much for what she can do with it. Phage is at least a little tanky and has 20 AD, but she doesn't especially need the passive, either. This is why ideally I think you should rush Sunfire, but it might not be possible to get over the DPS slump to get there without assists, generally. :(
* idk if Sightstone is worth it. Maybe occasional wards are a better use of money. Rushing Sunfire, Warmog's, maybe even Spirit of the Ancient Golem... these will really make her great in fights if you already have a ward monkey in bot lane. The whole point of Jungleona is to be liberated from the gold strain that makes it almost impossible to be a fully-fledged tank in the first place...
Post-season change, you still left out her biggest weakness - susceptible to being counterjungled. And no, she isn't a good duelist mid-late.
Yeah, she does need a turret or an ally to do much. If you show up right after the laner dies, then there's not much you can do unless your enemy is very low. This hasn't changed since S2 either, and is probably what makes her really risky. She's sort of unique in that they lock a significant portion of her damage into her passive. :-/
About counterjungling, you do need to keep wards up and call in a laner to win jungle skirmishes. Having golems and wraiths stolen isn't too bad because there's hardly time to clear them half the time anyway.
Taking 6 health pots into the jungle which heal for 150hp each... or 3 mana/hp hybrid pots which heal for 100? Or 4 hp pots and sight ward? Not sure which will be better over the course of an entire game, but I don't approve of your start. Not nearly enough sustain in comparison...
Good point. Maybe the extra health potions would be better. It's a bit dangerous to go for Red at the end of the clear with Flask, and if you start with blue, you won't have mana trouble... early Soul Stone fixes mana trouble. 4 HP might be enough to do a full clear with some to spare.
Flask is pretty handy generally, but if we're skipping flask, we don't necessarily have to use the Utility tree, either. It can be tested.
