Introduction

I'm open for suggestions for this part, but the flat damage runes really help her early game.
Greater Mark of Attack Damage Damage to make last hitting and harassing very easy, with essentially a 1.4+ damage ratio on her auto attacks, she becomes a very deadly carry, even early game.
Greater Seal of Attack Speed Attack speed, helps last hitting, note that due to her new animations, this is already very easy, also gives you a stronger early game.
Greater Glyph of Cooldown Reduction To give you a 39.85 CDR with just Nashor's Tooth and masteries, enough to make her
maintainable
Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage Same reasons as the marks.

We start with a
Dagger and a
Health Potion to help last hitting, another option is starting with
Boots of Speed and 3x
Health Potion.
This helps you to get
level 2 boots and a
Long Sword on your first trip back.
The next item is
Phage to boost our survivability and farming potential.
Next up is
Zeal for some very welcome attack and movement speed, this helps kayle stay in range of her foes and deal more damage.
We take
Sheen last since survivability and attack speed are more important than a double hit every few seconds, next up is
for another 300g, this item compresses the other items into one and buffs their stats for only 300 gold.
Next is
Stinger and
Nashor's Tooth to allow us to maintain our
Righteous Fury, and gives us a very nice amount of attack speed. The AP and Mana are a nice addition to keep our Q
Reckoning usefull as a poke.
Our final core item is
The Black Cleaver for some more damage, attack speed and some strong armor reduction that works well with your passive.
The final 2 items are situational, some pretty obvious choices are:
Banshee's Veil against balanced teams or teams with lots of AP.
Madred's Bloodrazor if the enemy team is building tanky.
The Bloodthirster gives you some nice damage.
Infinity Edge dmgdmgdmg.
Malady if you need a cheap but effective weapon and they are stacking MR.

The final 2 items are situational, some pretty obvious choices are:

Maintainable, costs almost no mana, and farms entire minion waves in a few hits.
Your target takes damage equal to 60 + 140% of your AD, while nearby units take 60 + 40% of your AD.
Now add Trinity, a huge attack speed, the armor reduction from Black cleaver and your passive. Yeah..
