With this Kha'zix build you will be only semi powerful until you finish your muramana. Then you will have (hopefully)enough farm at that point to have at least 2 other core items and that should be enough to get you roling towards your naturally op kha'zix'ness. He will be weak early game and you may lose top tower, but you will make up for it late game by wrecking the enemy ad/apcarry
