This guide is to focus on the main play and how u should play Kha'Zix The Voidreaver. The unique Items, Runes, Skill Sequence, and summoner spells should make Kha'Zix a very fun champ to play agiasnt in top lane or jungle.Im saying this now this is my opinion if u dont like the way i play this champ feel free to go to a different build.

Unseen Threat


Unseen Threat does amazing damage in early game, mid game, and late game. The next basic attack on your enemy does bonus magic damage and slows the enemy. This passive reactivates everytime your enemy cant see you. So i recommend running in a bush after basic attack in enemy champ then reattacking to deal TONS OF DAMAGE.

PS: this also works with kha'zix's ultmate.

Taste There Fear


Taste there fear is one of Kha'zix's main damage souce which is Kha'zix's Q. players might want to maxs out first since it does twice as much damage when the target is not side by side a minion or champion.

Void Spikes


Next off is Kha'zix's W which is Void Spike. Void spike is a ranged skill that explodes on impact. If Kha'zix is in the explosion radius kha'zix gets a small heal depending on the level of the skill. I recommend getting this skill at level 1 for some lane poking and some lane substain.

Leap


Leap is a very good skill to engage and escape. Leap does about 300 damage when maxed out but i recommed maxing it out last because most players use leap only to engage and escape fights.

Void Assault


Void Assault is Kha'Zix ultimate. Void assault makes Kha'Zix invisible for 1 sec and for a bonus Kha'Zix can reactive it one more time within 10 sec. This ultimate is a perfect mix with Unseen Threat.

Kha'Zix's ult also allows him to evolve one of his skills* each time he levels up his ult. Each skill can only be evolved once, and evolving a skill gives him a graphical upgrade:
Taste Their Fear: Receives a large damage buff equal to 12% of the target's missing health, increases the skill range, and your auto attack range is increased as well. His claws grow larger.
Void Spike: Fires 3 spikes instead of 1, and applies Unseen Threat. The spikes protruding from his shoulders become larger and more numerous.
Leap: Greatly increases his leap range by nearly double and refreshes Leap's cooldown after getting a kill or assist. He grows wings out of his back.
Void Assault: Can be activated 3 times before going on cooldown, and while in stealth, he takes 40% reduced damage. He becomes red.

*I would recommend Evolving W first since W sends out 3 spikes instead of 1, Triple the damage.

*Next, i would Evolve E second. The wing upgrade will increase the distance or Kha zix's jump and refreshes after a kill or assist.

*Last, I would get R for the final evolution Point. R would really help with Kha zix's passive and help escape.

*The reason I wouldnt evolve Q is because Kha'zix already does damage with his Q making it deal more damage seems nice but would really help. If Kha'zix Qs In a TeamFight it does no damage no matter what, so putting a point would seem useless.

*Apparently, if you can score a PENTAKILL with Kha'Zix, you receive a forth evolution point. Also, if you kill a fully stackedRENGAR after your third evolution point, you can also get a fourth point.

RUNES

For runes I go 9x Greater Gylph Of Alacrity

Second set of runes I go 9x Greater Mark of strength

Third sets of runes I go 9x Greater Seal of Resilience

Last but not least I go 3x Greater Quintessence of Resilience

ITEMS

Kha'zix needs the movement early game so he start fights and get out as fast using his passive to the fullest. If your going to Kha'zix jungle make sure to start with Cloth and 5 Pots so you can get lanturn.



Next I would build a phage. The phage helps me survive in lane with its hp and attack.
The phage will be build into a Trinity Force after Merc treads for the Sheen passive thats included in Trinity Force. Another great chose to go is to swap out Trinity Force for Frozen Mallet. The passive of Frozen Mallet is just as good as Trinity Force.

After that I would start to get more AD items for example infinity edge. I would get infinity edge because Kha'zix uses basic attack for his passive so by adding crit it would only make it more over poweredOP!

To finish off the build I would start to get 100% crit. I would get ghostblade for more AD and Crit then get TWO phantom dancer to speed up and give Kha'zix more crit and attack speed.

If you were wondering why there is only 5 main items well thats because the last item is up to the situation. If you need to deal more damage Bloodthirster would be perfect. If the situation needs Kha'zix to be more tanky get warmoges or Guardian Angel. If the enemy team is filled with CC get Silver sash.

Summoner Spells For Kha'zix

Normally if I go top lane I would go:
The Flash would really good to escape and engage fights if leaps is on CoolDown.
The Ignite is for the extra damage with its true damage. Remember to use Ignite when doing a 1v1 top lane. In team fights its best to save flash to escape or to catch up with someone so get the kill. Always Ignite the squishy in team fights which is normally the Ap Mid or the Ad carry. NEVER THE TANK.

The smite is to take down the jungle mobs faster like every normal jungler should get.
The Flash is to escape for gank the enemy if leap is on CoolDown.


These summoner spell above also make great expections. For Example get ghost if you need the speed if you want to assassinate other lanes as a jungler or a roamer. Get Exhaust if you want to catch with enemys or lower there armor and attack. Get Heal if your going all AD kha'zix since there will be nothing stopping the enemies from doing TONS OF DAMAGE to you.

Ranked Play

The main role of Kha'Zix is Ad top. Kha'zix is not a tanky champ early game unless you build Frozen Mallet and Guardian Angels. If your against a tank for example Malphit or Rammus try to poke them with W or Kha'zix's passive in a bush. Never get up close to a tank your Kha'zix will get crushed by CC top lane and in team fights.

Make sure to ward top early and mid game. The chances of Kha'zix getting gank is very high since Kha'zix is mostly the most hated champ in a game. Just to make a note if you're having trouble farming its perfectly fine Kha'zix is all about poking early game and farming and ganking mid game.


Late game or in team fights always Focus the ad carry or ap carry NEVER THE TANK. Make sure not to start a teamfight if Kha'zix is the first champ the enemy see run.
its always best to go in late so u can surprise your enemies with assassinations.

Farming is not one more Kha'zix's strong point the main reason for this is because Kha'zix does too little damage early game. So early game Kha'zix focuses on poking with his skills. During mid game if your just wondering around the map, go top for some extra farm. The best combo to get farm is E-W-Q- basic attack. The average farm kha'zix should get is about 130cs or more.

So to sum it all off,

1. First in teamfight is a No-No
2. Kha'Zix is an assassin(can be played tank)
3. Tanks with CC will kill Kha'zix
4. Focus Squishy
