You have read this guide which makes you an automatically better Kindred.
Amumu
lol
Rengar
As long as you don't fight him near bushes you will destroy him. Try to hit lvl 6 before he does as his ult will delete you if you don't have yours.
Alistar
He has an awful early jungle clear, and you outdamage him as long as you keep distance, so invade his jungle as soon as you hit lvl 3 and get a free kill and 1-2 marks. Who plays Alistar jungle anyway? lol
Rammus
Try to avoid engaging a fight with him without armor penetration.
Warwick
Overall a Warwick match-up is easy mid and late game, but keep in mind one thing: DO NOT 1V1 A WARWICK EARLY GAME. If the Warwick isn't stupid he will kill you thanks to his massive life steal.
Shaco
I always ban Shaco because he's extremely boring to play against especially with Kindred, but as long as you have your ult he cannot do anything against you.
Volibear
After the recent meta shift and some changes to voli he's no longer as big of a threat as he used to be, so don't get grabbed by his E and you should be fine.
Sejuani
Sejuani is very tanky late game, so take Dominik's Regards/Infinity Edge.
Cho'Gath
Cho'Gath's strongest aspect is his late game, so take BORK.
Diana
Just avoid her Q and try not to trigger her passive and you should win.
Master Yi
Try your hardest not to give him any kills early, because a fed master yi isn't fun. Abuse him with poke pre-level 6, or when his ult is down.
Xin Zhao
As long as he doesn't hit you with his W you out damage him.
Shyvana
How to counter Shivana:
If she has ult: Don't engage.
If she doesn't: Engage.
Jarvan IV
You have a slightly better early game so if you 1v1 him you should win, but don't get too cocky as he has a better mid game.
Evelynn
As long as she doesn't have her W on you, you will delete her.
Jax
Don't engage him early and even mid game and you should be fine.
Elise
A relatively good challenge for kindred. You can dodge her Q with yours and also her Rappel. This is the perfect moment to say "The better jungler wins"
Fiddlesticks
You have better damage early game, but he can still kill you before you do if he hits his abilities, so be careful when you fight him.
Gragas
His damage is insane throughout the early and mid game, add his massive healing through his passive to that just to make it more difficult for you to kill him. so as long as you avoid his Q and E with your Q you should win the match-up, but try to wait until he uses his passive for you to cast Mounting Dread (E) so you have a higher chance of finishing him.
Graves
Avoid going in his W and don't get hit by his passive and you should win the match-up. Be aware of the fact that Graves out-damages you early game if he hits all of his abilities.
Hecarim
Hecarim is basically an Anti-Squishy tank. The more movement speed he has, the more damage he deals, so if you see him rushing on you with 900 movement speed, prepare yourself for a 1-shot. His weakest side is his early game, so if you want to win this match-up you need to make his early game a nightmare, otherwise, that pony is gonna run you down (Literally).
Ivern
Since the meta now is heavily in favor of early ganking and not farming, Ivern's passive is useless early, so as long as you keep pressure on the map you will win effortlessly.
Kayn
His Q and W are easily avoidable with your Q, so if you avoid them, you kill him. (note: The best way to avoid his Q is to dash with your Q from where he initiated his dash)
Kha'Zix
Make the first move or die. If he engages you on a 1v1, you WILL die because of his passive. So avoid going for risky marked camps.
Lee Sin
If he doesn't get his Q on you he will die to you.
Nautilus
His hook is much harder to avoid than any other hook-based ability, so as long he misses it you will kill him every time.
Nidalee
avoid her spear and you should win a 1v1.
Nocturne
In the early game ALWAYS check for Nocturne in bushes with wards, or he will kill you. If you see him in your jungle, you can engage him while he's stealing one of your camps and you will always win a 1v1. Otherwise, you both have the same damage, so as long as you kite him you should win a 1v1.
Rek'Sai
Rek'Sai has a ton of mobility, so if you engage her while you are full health, she dies, if she engages you, you die, so try to make the first move and not to use Mounting Dread (E) while she has her movement abilities.
Sion
Sion is a nightmare early game. He out damages you, it's hard to get out of his Q with yours if he's a good Sion, and he has a shield which deals a ton of damage to you if you don't destroy it. And even if you DO manage to kill him, he will most likely kill you with his passive. So avoid him early game.
Skarner
If he engages you when he's not in an enemy crystal, he's gonna lose against you. So just avoid his skill shots, don't engage him in an enemy crystal and destroy him otherwise.
Trundle
Trundle is a really good 1v1 champion early game especially for a melee champion who's against a ranged one, so be careful when going for the crab.
Udyr
If he uses his E, use your E and he's dead.
If udyr engages you, he dies. Simple.
Vi
Vi's Q is hard to avoid when you don't see her charging, so if you see her charging up her Q, run. Because if she hits you with the Q, you die, but if not, as long as you keep distance you should be the killer.
Wukong
Don't go near his clones and you will win if you aren't stupid about it, Wukong is pretty easy to predict when he's invisible, but don't get too cocky when going against him, sometimes even the best players can't predict an Invisible Wukong's position.
Zac
Avoid a fight next to camps/minions or he will have free damage with his Q. he's tanky, so take Dominik's Regards late game and you should be fine as long as he doesn't ult you inside an enemy turret. Also, make sure you take down Zac as soon as possible when you ult, as he can move your entire team out of your ultimate with his, making your ultimate useful only for the enemy team.
Tahm Kench
Tahm Kench's kit has a perfect synergy with Kindred's ult and marks, not only can he quickly get you into a team fight and give you the opportunity to cast your ultimate, he can also make it so much easier to chase down marked champions. BUT WAIT, there's more: His W can either put allies inside of your ultimate if they are about to die, or he can put enemies outside of your ultimate to allow for a kill.
The major downside to Tahm Kench is that you need strong communication to pull anything off.
Alistar
He can push enemies out of your ultimate and follow up with a stun so you can finish them before they comeback. Also, alistar's W synergizes really well with Kindred's Q.
Urgot
Urgot can pull out someone out of your ultimate with his; Not only that, if he positions himself really well he can also fear enemies out of your ultimate after executing the enemy he pulled.
However, this is a double edged sword as enemies CANNOT be executed inside Kindred's ultimate, which means that you will lend urgot's ultimate useless if yours or his is misplaced and/or mistimed.
Pyke
Pyke is perfect when your ultimate ends, as there is a very high probability everyone in your ultimate will be low enough for a Pyke execute, which mean he will most likely chain all enemies that were in your ultimate for easy gold.
The only problem with Pyke is that his ultimate cannot execute inside yours as long as it is up, which can waste your Pyke's R.
Brand
Perfect for draining down enemy health inside your ultimate.
Garen
His ultimate is an execute, but Garen doesn't have any ability that slows nor stuns an enemy, which means he will be of no use without his E when you're in a team fight as it is the only ability he has that deals damage to multiple targets.
Darius
Kindred's ultimate only ruins Darius' ultimate pace and can waste an entire team kill from him.
Ryze
Roots, deals massive damage to everyone with his Q, and allows you to get in the middle of the team fight with his ultimate. What else to ask?

Roots, deals massive damage to everyone with his Q, and allows you to get in the middle of the team fight with his ultimate. What else to ask?
+ Long ranged poker + Very good late game + Outplay Potential + Very high/fast snowball + High skill gap + High mobility + Life saving Ultimate + Insane and consistent damage output
Kindred is the type of champion which will annihilate your entire team if you don't make their early a nightmare. They are also unbeatable against most slow/melee champions, they can poke you down while you desperately try to get 1 AA, and the fact that Kindred's makes a good poke while giving them distance does not work in anyone but Kindred's favor.
Cons
- Very squishy - Ultimate can save the enemy team - Very hard to pick-up - Passive is visible to the enemy team - Jungle pathing easy to predict
By far Kindred's biggest downside is that works on everyone, including enemy champions. This makes it very difficult to use it in a profitable way, even if you've played Kindred for a very long time. Also, Kindred's marks are visible to everyone, which makes your next move easy to predict for the enemy team if you aren't purposely trying to mislead them.
