You can use your mobility to easily dodge his Qs. If he uses Q level 1 or 2, don't hesitate to punish him for last hits. After he got Dirk he can easily one shot you if you get dismounted.
Akali
Your Q and E give you true sight, which makes her W rather useless against Kled. If she wants to use her passiv auto attack you can easily land Q and trade back. Be careful at level 6, her ult damage is insanely high, which makes a remount very unlikely. If you take Nullifying Orb you can preasure her off the wave pre 6 easily.
Camille
Her passiv makes it hard to trade her. look for long fights level 1 and 2 and zone her off the wave. You can e away to avoid her Q2. If she uses Q2 on a Minion you have a window to fight her by either all ining her and sticking close or just Qing and spacing her. With her ult she can easily stop you from remounting.
Cho'Gath
Even though his ult is an execute Cho'Gath is very weak against Kled. You can use your e to dodge his Q. He can't match your damage while mounted. Zone him off the wave early and trade aggresivly. If you get dismounted you can remount with W fast enough to not get eaten if you don't get hit by his Q. If you disengage while dismounted he can poke you with Q and kill you with his ult.
Darius
Use your Q slow to disengage level 1. Sometimes you have to drop farm level 1. If you are close to dismounting level 2 you can all in him. After level 3, use your e to disengage at 3-4 Stacks. You win if you are both at half health (close to dismount) because Kled has more burst and you can remount faster then he can stack his passiv. Even though his ult is an execute your mobility makes him easy to kite and all in when you are stronger.
Dr. Mundo
Poke him down with Q, but stay in your Minion Wave to dodge his Q. Your burst and anti heal allows you to kill him at 1/3 hp, even if he has ult.
Fiora
Perma ban. Her max. health damage and healing enable her to kill you even if you get a remount off. In addition your Q can easily be blocked with her W. With her ult she can one shot you while dismounted and because you have lowered movementspeed while dismounted you have no chance of getting away from her ult movement speed.
Gangplank
He has a lot of damage and wins if you go even. You can easily one shot him if he gets chunked. Use your e to get closer to him and dodge his barrels at the same time.
Garen
You win early. Zone him off the wave. His Q + E + Ignite deals good damage and can kill you when dismounted. Trade heavily while his W (23 sec. cd) is down. After level 6 you have to poke with Q and shouldn't get dismounted. If you snowball pre 6 you should be able to all in him without getting dismounted.
Gnar
Don't get poked to much pre 3. In his mini form you can just E-Q him to stick onto him and beat him. If he is mega, use your E to dodge his W and you should always win. Your biggest threat is getting poked atfer missing your Q.
Gragas
His E can cancel yours. But you can trade him just with Q and W. The Q antiheal is very useful in this matchup. He will try to farm and poke. If youn get dismounted, be careful of his ults knockback, expecially when you're close to his turret.
Gwen
Her passiv max. health damage is very effective against you. However, if you use your e to dodge her Q and then trade back with your Q and W you should be able to disengage with E2 and the Q slow to get a good trade. If you are close to dismounting and she ults, you can use your ult to disengage and stay mounted.
Heimerdinger
You have to dodge his E with your E. Then you should just be able to run him down and kill his turrets. You can also use your ult to block the e stun and your ult shield to tank some of his tuerrets damage.
Illaoi
You can run her down level 1 and 2. After level 3, poke her with Q and stay behind minions to dodge her E. If she ever misses her E just run her down.
Irelia
You win level 1 if she has no Stacks, but if she has you get run down. Try not to get dismounted level 1. At level 2 she can kill you before remounting if she keeps her E. If she ever misses her Q reset he can just run her down. If she misses her E you should also win out.
Jax
Level 1 you can ktie him with Q. If he uses E you can all in level 2, other wise just play safe and poke with Q. Always use your E to dodge his E. If you E through him you can get back onto him after his E with your E2. After level 6 you need a health or item advantage to win 1v1.
Jayce
He needs Dirk to be able to Match your damage. He can knock you out of your Q range with is E if you stand ontop of him, but due to his E's high cooldown (20 seconds) you can just wait for your Q to come back up and zone him off the wave.
K'Sante
You can dodge his Q with your E and win trades but his all out (R) damage is very high. If you are mounted when he ults you should be able to just one-combo him. If you are dismounted to can kill you.
Kennen
Wait for his passiv auto attack before engaging. His stun can be very annoying but if he uses Q,W or E without getting a stack onto you, you can just engage him.
Lillia
If you hit Q and E you can beat her but if you ever miss a Q she can deal a lot of damage. With her ult you have little to no way of fighting back if you get dismounted without getting an instand remount.
Malphite
You can bully him early but he will just get some armor and you won't really be able to trade him. If you get dismounted, you are an easy kill if he has ult.
Maokai
Like all drain tanks, your Q has insane value and you can just statcheck him. Be careful of him knocking you into a bush with lot's of sapling, especially when dismouted. He can dodge your Q with his W if he has good timing. Without his empored saplings he doesn't have enough damage to finish you off when dismounted.
Mordekaiser
He can snowball extremly well but his animations are very slow, so you can easily dodge his Q and E if you are in a mele fight. If he has Q and E on Cooldown you can eaily remount. You can take Nullifying Orb for extra safety. If he ults you try to dodge his Spells with E and then kite him with your Q slow.
Nasus
He can't fight you early, Chunk him with Q and punish every minion he takes. If he gets low health while you are still mounted and you know where the enemy jungle is, you can dive him. Don't build tiamat too early, so you can freeze and deny his stacks. Late game he will beat you but you can lure him to a sidelane and then just ult to help your team. With your Q slow he can't get onto your adc and mid which makes him rather harmless without a good engage.
Olaf
You both deal tons of damage early, but you win burst trade and he has no way of chasing you, if you E out. With your Q burst and antiheal you can brust him if he is low.
Ornn
His W and ult do max. health damage and can burst you pretty fast. In addiction with his tankiness and cc he is able to trade you pretty well. You win early. Always dodge his E knockup. Don't get into his Q range if you are dismounted, because he can easily one shot you while you are almost unable to move. He outscales you with his teamfight power and tankiness.
Pantheon
If you get dismounted early he can burst you with W. Try to rush Steelcaps. You win all ins if you are both full health, but if you are at half health or less he can brust you.
Poppy
Her W can interrupt your E and your dismounted Q. She has solid damage and she can kill you before you remount. She can disengage you after level 6 with her ult. You can't really kill her. I recommend building tank and playing for team fights.
