Hey all
Names MoridinDeath and This here's my first every guide so i decided to do one for the newest champ Vel'koz.
Vel'Koz has some amazing dmg potential but he is very squishy and very Mana and ability dependant.
I'm no top ranked beast player but i have a fairly decent grasp of Items and what needs to get done to make champions effective overall.

Pros:
Huge Damage and CC

Epic Ult, Firin the Lazors.

Cons:
Low Mobility,
Scoring Void rift can be difficult
getting the 3 hit passive can be a pain

Vel'koz needs Mana and CDR.
chaining all the Abilities for his passive drains tons of mana and if your on full CD then you can get ganked.
Stacking all the CDR from Athene's and Morrelonomicon along with the Mana regen can keep the Lazors firing all through a team fight.

Time to chat about Skill Sequence.
Why the Void Rift first you may Question.
i found that the Early farm and that it does equal damage both to everything in its path and on second detonate makes it a easy first pick, as you can also place it to harass the enemy letting you farm in relative peace.
having the early stacks up from Void Rift already on your opponent when you hit lvl 2 and grab Plasma Fission can score you an early kill because of the firing design of Plasma Fision.
By gettin it off at the right angle, It then splits in a "T" formation, when used around minions can smack that fool as they try and escape and with stacks of Organic deconstruction up from Void rift gets off the Passive for Bonus dmg.
If your timing is good your laning Opponent will either be reduced to ash or will be forced to retreat and either scurry back to base or use some potions because they feel they have not seen enough of your tentacly awesomeness and return for another round.
By now you can expect that they have begged for help for their jungler as you have forced them to flee before you, which is where Tectonic Disruption comes in, when that jungler decides to burst from the trees you can bounce him right back to the bush from whence he came followed by Void rift and Plasma Fission so as to discourage them attempting to face your malevolent eye.
As for "LIFE FORM DISINTEGRATION RAY" well we all know that FIRIN THE LAZORS should be shouted when you release this Ult as everything before you is vaporized.
