Wukong is an assasin, he specializes on killing squishys and he can impact A LOT on teamfights with his ultimate ability Cyclone. He has a fun to use kit since his W Warrior Trickster makes you invisible, that means that enemies will fear you even if you're not near them. And the best part about Wukong is that he's a monkey! Who doesn't love monkeys?

With Wukong in the laning phase you'll want to focus on harrassing the enemy since your combo will always be Nimbus Strike, Auto attack, then use Crushing Blow. This is a very basic and good combo since it procs electrocute and you can mix this with Warrior Trickster.

Another cool thing to do in lane is baiting your decoy, as this will cause the enemy to be scared and back off, denying cs. to do this you only have to press the "S" key since it uses the same animation as when you press W to use Warrior Trickster

With Wukong you'll usually want to roam when you hit level 6 or you either have Mobility Boots or Youmuu's Ghostblade since both items provide movement speed.

When Ganking Try to hide on a bush and use your Warrior Trickster to become invisible, then Nimbus Strike onto the enemy, use your Crushing Blow, and then use your Cyclone because it knocks up enemies and it makes it easy to your allies to land their abilities or stuns.

With Wukong in teamfights you will be focusing the squishys, flank and then use your Warrior Trickster to become invisible, use your Nimbus Strike to gapclose onto the enemy you want, use Crushing Blow to shred their armor, and finally use your Cyclone. By the time you finish that combo your target should be dead and you'll still be on your ult, then you'll want to move around the whole enemy team to knock them up and then run away to safety. This will help your team to follow up on your initiation.

STARTER ITEMS

Long Sword is a good starter item for wuk so you can get early Serrated Dirk or Tiamat.

It's better than going 3 Health Potion because it reffills when you come back to the shop, that means you don't have to be buying extra Health Potions everytime you back.

Really good starter item if you're versing a champion that pokes a lot like Gangplank, Teemo, or Azir.

EARLY BUYS

If you're getting poked out of lane or need a little bit more of sustain you should buy this because of the lifesteal it provides.

A must buy early. It gives you damage and lethality. It build into your two core items, Duskblade of Draktharr and Youmuu's Ghostblade.

If you're having a hard time versing an AP Champ like Ahri or Ekko it's a must buy, it gives you damage and magic resistance and the passive can save your butt in some situations .

CORE ITEMS

Gives you damage, lethality and cooldown reduction. The passive sinergizes really well with wukong's kit so this will be your firs core item .

SITUATIONAL ITEMS

If you're against a Yasuo or an enemy that roams a lot buy this. You can proc Yasuo's passive Way of the Wanderer so trading will be easier. IF you're versing a champion that roams a lot like Talon or Aurelion Sol you should buy this early on so when they roam you can push the lane and take turret plates or keep up with them.

Gives you damage, lethality and health. Buy this if the enemy has hard cc that could prevent you from initiating or killing the backline, like Malzahar's ultimate Nether Grasp.

I usually almost see myself building this item but i still think it's situational. You buy cleaver when your team is full ad, they have a lot of tanks or you need a little bit of survavility.

You build it versus tanks because of the armor penetration.

Good versus tanks but the reason you build the item it's for his pasive, it applies grievous wounds, this means that the enemy healing abilities like Darius Q or Soraka's W will heal less.

Build it if the enemy team has 2 or more AP champs. It gives you damage, magic resistance and cooldown reduction. Same passive as Hexdrinker but it's better.

You build this versus enemys that have hard CC because of the active. It also provides life steal, damage, and magic resist.

Build it if you need a bit of tankiness and also if you think you're the win condition. It's really good for engaging because if you die and your team followed up on your R engage you can revive and participate on the teamfight.
