LoL Summoner Spell: Exhaust

Exhaust

LoL Summoner Spell: Ghost

Ghost

Introduction

The purpose of this build is to burst as quick as possible, cap, and then run the hell away. If there is one thing I have seen other LeBlancs do, it is staying for too long or getting too overconfident.

Personally, LeBlanc is by far the best deal you can get for 3150. Heck, if you wanted to, you could triple flash!

And please feel free to comment and criticize as you please, this is my first guide. I do not even think I know how to make the symbols.

[Edit] Changed item sequence. Played around more today and found out getting [Rylai's Crystal Scepter] at the start helps you survive and gank.

Pros / Cons

Pros

-GREAT burst
-Amazing methods of escaping
-With Exhaust you can sit near a melee champion while waiting for your Q to come back to finish
-Prestigious LeBlanc is sexy
-Heels are cool
-Chains prevent people from leaving, and you laugh as you kill them
-You can use your Distortion and Chains to kill stealthed champions

Cons

-Super squishy
-So super squishy it deserves two
-Cassiopeia is the only one who can compete with sexiness
-Aiming Chains sucks
-Distortion can mess up and teleport you into a tree

Summoner Spells

Exhaust - I use this to slow my targets down, lower their damage and resistances, or just because I can. This has saved my life a lot and I will always have it by my side.

Ghost - Having Ghost in Dominion allows you to run to turrets faster or GTFO when 3 people go after you(but that should not be a problem with Distortion and Mimic)

Other Options:
Flash - Yes, it sounds silly, but Flash has saved me before too. Distortion has a cooldown sadly, so if they catch you after and you miss your Ethereal Chains, having Flash allows you to run away and hopefully live. It can also be used for jumping in and getting the last hit if you want to save Distortion.

Ignite - Having the small amount of true damage is nice, and it can help you against some champions who stack magic resistance when you do not have your magic penetration items yet. I use it when I feel they will die from it. Nothing is more amusing than Igniting a low health Akali and they charge in and die.

What not to get:
Heal - There really is not point since you will probably die if you have to use it anyways.

Promote - LeBlanc sucks at farming minions, so this can work, but there are better choices.

Revive - If your team does not suck, you will probably use this once. If you do not suck and do not die, you will not even use it at all. It is a great joke spell though. Dead? Come back, run like Sonic back to the turret and finish them off!

Smite - Smite is for junglers, and Dominion has no jungle with creeps in it.

Teleport - You can not even use it in Dominion.

Fortify - Yet again, not available in Dominion.

Garrison - For other champions, using this and running into the enemy turret to kill someone is lovely, but you are still super squishy. A turret with 80% less damage will still hurt you a good amount, so no point.

Clarity - No point if you never really have mana issues. With a 4 second Recall time, and easy mobility to bases, no reason to ever go oom.

Clairvoyance - This is useless in Dominion since you can see other people anyways most of the time.

Rally - Pick this up if you go right click to win LeBlanc.

Runes

x9 Greater Seal of Replenishmentx9 x9 x3

These are just some common caster runes. You LOVE magic penetration since you can run it, burst, and laugh at everyone who thinks stacking magic resistance will save them from your QR wrath! The mana regeneration helps provide some decent, well, mana regeneration. The ability power ones are just beautiful.

Masteries

Typical caster masteries. Have Haste for ghost since you will mainly be running around, capping, and dominating everyone. Personally, I prefer to have the slight exp gain, but you can pick up the mana regeneration instead if you think you are having problems. And having Cripple allows your Exhaust to help a bit more with your nuking. Other than that, just basic.

Items

At the start of the match, I usually pick up Blasting Wand and Boots. Allows me to nuke hard and run fast, which is what you are all about! As the game goes on, work your way up to Deathfire Grasp. If you do not like to hit a button that causes you to almost take half their health in one blow, you could always get Morello's Evil Tome. You want Rylai's Crystal Scepter because since Q is quick and easy to get off, they can not run too far away, allowing your full combo. A possible change of sequence could be Rylai's Crystal Scepter first, then Deathfire Grasp if you feel like you would rather have health instead of nukes. Deathcap is there because it is awesome.

Check my Skill Sequence section on how/when to use Deathfire Grasp!

Skill Sequence

Sigil of Silence--> --> ==

- This is LeBlanc's passive. When she hits 40% health or below, she stealths for half a second and creates a clone. Sounds cool, right? Well, the clone does not do damage or cast spells, just looks like LeBlanc. The worst part is if you even move a bit when it is summoned, they know which one is the real one. This is because when the clone is summoned, it will not move for about 2 seconds. I do not know if it is a bug or not, but I hope it gets fixed soon.

Sigil of Silence - Sigil of Silence - This is your main nuking spell with a rather low mana cost. If this is not always on cooldown during team fights or solo, you will probably die. When you first hit a target, it just does a moderate amount of damage, but when you hit them with Mimic, Distortion, or Etheral Chains after, it will explode, causing even more damage and silencing the target, hint the silence part of the name.

- Distortion - Usually after casting Sigil of Silence then Mimic, I try to teleport on them with Distortion and that will finish them off. This is also a very great way to escape, especially when you team it with your Mimic. One thing that sucks about this is when you think it will teleport you over something and it just derps and lands your face into a tree. Be cautious, since this could ruin your combo/get you killed.

- Ethereal Chains - If you ever get annoyed about LeBlanc, this is probably the reason. Sadly, this spell can hit minions and then mess up your strategy of nuking or running. This spell is great for rooting your target, preventing them from escaping their inevitable demise! I also use it when I am running away. The slow on it is amazingly good, and the root after just adds to your chances of surviving. Of course, this is a last resort if Distortion is on cooldown. As a tip of using this, aim where they WILL be, not where they are CURRENTLY at. Unless, you know, they are standing still.

- Mimic - This is where knowing what you are doing matters. What Mimic does is it takes the last spell you used(ie. Sigil of Silence) and you can use it again for 10/25/40% more damage, depending on the rank. Personally, I use Sigil of Silence first then Mimic for maximum burst. That will bring most squishies to a very low amount of health. And if you are running away, casting Distortion then Mimic will allow you to gain a massive amount of distance. This is the best spell ever.

Also, do not be afraid to use Deathfire Grasp on a tank. Remember, you will be rocking almost 700 ability with ~60% magic penetration, making you Deathfire Grasp hit for ~56% of their health if they have VERY low magic resistance. But even if they have a decent amount, it hurts. This item allows super squishy mages, like LeBlanc, hit for the rest of the tanks health. The catch is, you must use it at the start instead of when they are almost dead. It goes off their CURRENT health, not maximum.

Creeping / Jungling

If you are put on bottom in Dominion, you are lucky. I always dominate bottom as LeBlanc. The only downside is the creeps, which is why this is here. It is so complicated, I will go into extreme detail in the next paragraph.

Use Distortion and teleport on top of them.

All you really can do unless you want to waste Q on creeps.

Team Work

The purpose of weak but burst assassins like LeBlanc is to go in, kill their squishy dps, and leave. LeBlanc does just that. LeBlanc is not the type of assassin like Akali who can solo 2 people. If there are 2, just try your best to kill one and get away. If it fails, sucks.

Other than that, LeBlanc lacks aoe and only has burst. People say she is very weak in team fights, but when you see how much of the damage LeBlanc does to a champion, they will shut up.
