Dr. Mundo
Keep your distance and use your allies as meat shields. You do not want to get hit by his q, if you do it's basically over. Only fight him if you get help from teammates, or when you're ahead / he's behind. Otherwhise you will not have enough dmg to kill him.
Nautilus
Great frontline that makes it easy for you to hit your spells. You might also be able to force enemies to make a choice: Either take your dmg, or dodge into your Nautilus' direction, which leaves them in a Lose Lose situation.

Champion Build Guide
Make it easy for you! You can use the slow of your e in order to make it easier to hit your q.
Play out of vision in order to get some unexpected snipes. Your e slow into an Ult is quite hard to dodge and is a lot of instant damage.
Be patient in teamfights. You want enemies to use their abilities on your teammates first, that are dangerous for you. For example CC spells and gap closers. If those Cooldowns have been used, you can engage more agressively.
Use your e as a zoning tool, it's especially strong when you're trying to take objectives - it can cover a whole pathway in the jgl.
Do not ever facecheck - you're the Lady of Light, so just use your e in order to bring some Light into the Darkness.
And most important thing: Stay positive! It's all about having fun.
Everytime they go for a Cs, just throw some dmg at them. Lux outranges a lot of Champions, while being able to keep up with other Control Mages' Ranges.
Know your enemies' power spikes, most Assasines want either lvl 3 or lvl 6. Try to keep track of when they hit that level. Try to reach that level before them and take the fight. Before they hit that level you have to bully them as much as possible, so they aren't able to play out their power spike. Apart from that - back of a bit if they are about to lvl up.
As soon as you have enough gold for a good back, push out the wave with an e + ult. Most efficient against the normal minion wave that comes before the Cannon Minion.
Your long range in combination with your Waveclear makes it easy to play it safe whenever you think someone might be around midlane. Just farm from afar and in worst case scenarios, just waveclear with your ult in order to break e.g. a freeze by the enemy laner.
