The end build is able to solo baron without any dragons or pots, your auto attacks heal for 1/10 of your hp and your q is on a 2.6 second cooldown. oh and if that doesn't sound all too impressive just look at the damage it does
Here's a comparrison between the core build without buffs (at level 18)

and the final AD amount after getting baron, 3 infernals with elder and an elixir of wrath.

You won't die even if you DO die, thanks to your reworked broken GA, the damage you take is non existent thanks to your consisten life steal mixed with the deaths dance passive, you pop adc's like flies under a tank and you out-sustain pretty much everybody in a 1v1.

If you're good at Kha'Zix, then this build is going to be EXTREMELY ugly for your oponents.


Only con? It costs a lot.
