Hello there,My name is SupaEma9000 i am currently at silver 3 with kha zix. i made this itme build so that people can have an idea on how to build kha zix relatively balanced with out him being really easy to kill to having tons of damage.

Pros
Melts Squishys
Decent sustain
Insane Damage
Big Threat to anyone on the map

Cons
Focused most of the Time
Kited easily without jump
Gets Raped by tanks
Couldnt think of anyhting else >.<

For runes i just run Normals ones cus im too poor to buy any :}

For Masterys you can justgo with waht you feel best in S4 theres really nothing wrong with what you can do

If your killing everyhitng than get hydra gets you clear speed and damage but if your feeding then get a giants belt and continue with the build
