Hook = Death, usually. The same goes for Pyke (which is at a 6 if he goes all in).
Pyke
If it can stun AND tank, you'll get a free kill. Excluding that, there's not really anything you really synergy with. Pyke does not tank, usually, but he does stun and hook, so he's a nice example. Malphite would be a better one.

Champion Build Guide
I don't see Serrated Dirk as worth it on Senna, the 10% CDR gives a 10% faster Q poke, W stun and R PEW!
As to why I rush Muramana into Infinity Edge is because of around that time, I have natural 60% Crit, so the 85% Crit at 225% Damage when you have around 300-400 AD is a nice amount of damage.
