Welcome to my first guide for Mordekaiser here in MOBAFIRE=). In this guide i will show to you how holyghost27 (me) play Mordekaiser, the Master of Metal.




Mordekaiser is one of my favorite hero in League of Legends. I used to play with APCarry heroes in LoL and play and play and play with them untill I can perfect (master) them.

Mordekaiser is a awesome hero `coz he can turn a 5v5 team fights into a 6v4 with his amazing ultimate, Children of the Grave and makes him literally, the Master. I usually go for a Pure AP Mordekaiser Build in most of my Mordekaiser games and I always carry my team for a VICTORY!

As far as now. I played as Mordekaiser in 43.9% in all my Ranked Games. I have 71-41 win-lost record and got 118 double kills , 18 triple kills and 2 quadrakills in my 118-972-1120 kills-deaths-assists.

______________________________________________ Mordekaiser has no built-in escape mechanism. Mordekaiser role players needs some experience to master his abilities.(where and when to use them). Mordekaiser has no built-in CC. Mordekaiser is weak against in some ADR with CC.

For a pure AP- Mordekaiser Build, I go for 21/9/0.









For a AP Off-Tank - Mordekaiser Build, I go for 9/21/0.

Why Hextech Revolver and not Will of the Ancients?

In chossing between Hextech Revolver and Will of the Ancients there’s no need for further explanation, this items depends on the players choice. But for AP Carry Mordekaiser Build, I will recommend Hextech Revolver . Why Hextech Revolver and not Will of the Ancients?
Will of the Ancients gives 20% spell vamp and just 50 AP, lower than that of Hextech Revolver,a good item for an AP Carry. But I rather go for Hextech Revolver . This item also gives 20% spell vamp but a 65 AP, higher than that of Will of the Ancients and its active gives extra damage depending on your current AP (40% of your current AP). In my build, Hextech Revolver gives 195 additional damage, not bad at all =). Hextech Revolver is a great combo for Mordekaiser’s abilities and for his core item death fire which gives a high burst to the enemy. An EASY KILL for Mordekaiser.

In choosing between Abyssal Mask and Thornmail is depending on the situation. If the enemy’s AD Carry work so well, I recommend for Thornmail. But if there AP Carry do so, then go for Abyssal Mask for some MR and AP.
