Fix the two spells on the cheat sheet.
First of all, you shouldn't get Tear of the Goddess if you are getting a Rod of Ages, because it's just waste of money. And you are saying that Twin Shadows is hell of a good item. I think it a good item, but you aren't getting any heavy items after Rod of Ages and Void Staff, and this means you will lack a horrible amount of damage, but you can't tank anything. I'd recommend getting Rabadon's Deathcap and Seeker's Armguard/ Zhonya's Hourglass instead of Tear of the Goddess/ Twin Shadows.
Also, only option you are giving for start is Boots and 2x Health Potion and Mana Potion. I would only get this against someone with many skillshots. When they added some movement speed to every champ, they made this start somewhat useless. It is better to start off with the Crystalline Flask and some pots with ward to avoid getting ganked.
And to your summoner spells.
You shouldn't get both of those summoner spells, because that means you will be lacking mobility, and ganks will make you sooooo vulnerable, that you will die 90% sure.
Your runes are also bit messed up. You are getting magic resist MARKS! Then you don't have any magic resist, but you have armor from your seals.
Then your masteries.
Why do you take Fury when you could have three points in Havoc ? [[Havoc is far better than attack speed on you.
Sincerely
Janitsu
