Runes

Greater Mark of Desolation
I think for Mark runes, these are the best for an off-Nasus, because it makes easier the Q farm, and in 1v1 or 1v2 fights you can easily crash them.

So, seals, I was thinking about for long time what I need to get to seals, but I've chosen the dodges seals, because of some dodges in teamfight can make you more uncrashable.

It's simply why I choose cooldown reduction, it makes faster the farm on Q.

With my masteries, start item, and these runes at start you can have 698 HP, which makes more durable on the lane with your passive.

Gameplay

Early Game Lv 1-6

At early game start with a Doran's Blade, and go to your lane. (Take solo, if someone jungling.) At solo lane, you need to farm as more as you can, at lvl 6 you need to have around 1200-1600 gold. After lvl 6 go home, buy your Mercury's Treads and try to gank somewhere, or just farm. (At lv 6 you need to have 100-200 + dmg on your Q spell.)

Mid Game Lv 7-11

In mid game, at lvl 7-8-9 you need to farm your Q spell, and try to get the Golembuff. You can gank everywhere, but care about wards.

Late Game Lv 12-18

Late game, teamfights come and go. If you're in a teamfight try to put your E spell into the mid, and use your ultimate as fast as you can, in the fight. Your work is not to kill, so you must spam your Q on enemies, and no just lasthit.
