You will always be able to 1v1 an ADC after getting eclipse. E their AAs away.
Qiyana
You can nullify all of her bursts with your E and almost kill her within a single combo. Dont let her outfarm you and she wont be a threat.
Senna
Senna is an ADC. Her early poke is really annoying however after lvl 3 you always win against her.
Soraka
Ignite the ADC to make her basically useless for the entire fight. Her E can be really annoying.
Yuumi
Ignite the ADC to make her basically useless for the entire fight. Her ult can be really annoying.
Akali
Her poke with her Q and her 20000 dashes can be pretty annoying but with your W and E you can take her down fairly easily. Try to punish her mistakes to kill her.
Darius
Very easy early game. You can E his whole damage-output. Don't let him E you and only trade with him if he has already wasted his E.
Katarina
Her E can be hard to deal with but as long as you stay away from her knifes you should be ok. You can nullify her ult with your W and E.
Seraphine
Immobile support with great poke. Try to W her at the right time so she has to flash away to survive. Your E can nullify the damage but not her CC.
Sylas
You can deny him his full combo with you E. However at level 6 he can start roaming with your ult. You can W his channeling to stop him from doing so. Ignite recommended.
Vel'Koz
Annoying poke. You can E his ult. He is pretty immobile and will have to flash away if he gets hit by your W.
Yasuo
His windwall can't block anything from your kit other than your hold q. Take ignite to minimize his mid/late-game heal and all-in him if he is playing greedy.
Ahri
Skill matchup. Sidestep her E or you are in for a pretty harsh combo. Always stay behind your own minions and all-in her if she mispositions.
Fizz
Skill matchup. You can E his ult to nullify it's damage. However do not use your E in combos unless you are certain the recast will kill him as he will punish you for it with a one-shot.
Garen
Skill matchup. He can deny you your E with his Q and follow you with a speed of mach 10 whilst also taking almost no damage. Anti-Tank items recommended.
Irelia
Skill matchup. You can E all her damage away. Do not let her roam at any time of the game as she will feed herself on your botlane making her snowball out of control. Ignite recommended to decrease her heal from her Q.
LeBlanc
Skill matchup. Her damage output is insane, however can be nullified with your E, so dont waste it in a combo unless you know the E recast will kill her. Her W recast makes her pretty hard to punish.
Lux
Skill matchup. Great poke. Do not turretdive her or she will kill you with her Q. If you get close enough to her she is dead.
Mordekaiser
Skill matchup. You can nullify his only damage-output by using your E and punish him for it. However you will not deal any damage to him thanks to his W. Serpents Fang recommended.
Pyke
Skill matchup. Do not get hit by his Q or you will get CC chained. If you get close enough to him he is in trouble. You can nullify his ult by E'ing into his direction leaving him in an awful position.
Swain
Skill matchup. Annoying poke. If he roots you you are in trouble but if you and your ADC get close enough you can kill him for it.
Thresh
Skill Matchup. Try to avoid his Q's and try to go for the ADC first.
Zed
Skill matchup. His W recast makes him pretty hard to punish, however you can nullify his ult with your E and punish him for using it with your W.
Morgana
Dont use your W against her until she uses her E. She has pretty good poke with her W and great CC with Q and R but you if you can get close enough to her she is dead.
Yone
Unlike his brother Yone can be incredibly hard to deal with. He can trade for free with his E and gain a shield. Serpents Fang and Ignite recommended.
Fiora
She can throw your most powerful ability right back at you leaving you in a terrible position. Do not 1v1 her at any point at the game unless you are really far ahead.
Neeko
Awful laning phase. She can almost kill you with a full combo which will always work as she can root you even if you are standing behind your minions. Play as passively as possible and never stand behind your minions.
Zyra
Awful to play against in general. Insane poke. Her E literally readies you up for her ADC to kill you. Do not waste your E at all or you will die to her plants and ADC.
Jinx
No follow-up.
Ashe
Terrible follow-up. Only her ult can lead to a kill.
Draven
Terrible follow-up. Only his W can help him get into the fight.
Ziggs
Acceptable follow-up with his abilities. Extremely squishy.
Aphelios
Decent follow-up with his sniper. Late-game champ that has insane damage output.
Caitlyn
Decent follow-up thanks to her insane range.
Miss Fortune
Can slower the enemies for you with her E so you can W them easier. Her follow-up is not the best but has the best damage-output in the game (her ult).
Yasuo
Decent follow-up with his E. Can't ult enemies you hit with a W and can throw the game by not letting you help him.
Ahri
Great CC chain thanks to her ult and E combo. One combo together can kill one enemy.
Akshan
Good follow-up with his E. Together you can win a fight.
Ezreal
Great follow-up with his E. Together you can kill an enemy within the blink of an eye and win the fight.
Jhin
Great root-combo with your hold Q letting you CC chain one enemy. Insane damage output in general
Kindred
Great follow-up with her Q. Her ult can help you survive long enough to use an empowered E and run away.
Lucian
Great follow-up with his E. If you W an enemy he can either use his E to get into the fight or ult them from a save distance while you peel.
Samira
Great follow-up with her E. Together you can with fights fairly easily.

Decent follow-up with his range. You can create a CC chain with your W and his ult.
