Hi my name is Giciamo, I main Quinn as an adc, she is a high burst, limited sustain adc, and building her the way I show is guaranteed to help you get those kills and walk away from it.

Flat ad quints give her that hit, but the armor pen is super helpful since she is getting bonus damage from harrier anyway,

Quinn is an adc assassin of sorts, played much like vayne... try to farm and poke until valor marks the enemy champ, then have you support push a little and hit them with your e to get close, make sure you shoot them before using your e to get the extra harrier damage, follow up that attack with a q to blind, now use her ult to chase them down. pop out of the ult near a low health champ and bam... Quinn strikes again :P Note: don't be afraid to use her ult to initiate, or join team fights, it lasts quite a while and the movement speed from it is ridiculous, jump in to a good team fight about a minute late with Quinn and you are sure to clean up all the kills... also excellent at split pushing, Quinn is by far my favorite adc yet.
