You and her are both squishy. Aim to poke pre-6 and don't get hit by charm, otherwise she can all-in you. If you're not confident in your dodging skills, take Cleanse.
Akali
Really strong after level 6. Aim to harass and deny as much as farm from her as possible. Avoid staying in lane with her.
Anivia
Gets a waveclear spike with her ultimate. Aim to push her in if possible and roam. She won't die in lane unless you previously popped her egg.
Annie
Avoid getting poked down by Q. In case she has Electrocute, avoid trading and poke from a long range. After she gets her ultimate, she'll aim to kill you if you get too close. If you struggle vs her, buy Banshee's or Zhonya's.
Aurelion Sol
ASol is great vs immobile squishy mages. He also has a great roam potential, so use your wards in river. Keep distance and don't waste Q.
Azir
He's barely a threat. Poke him down and burst after level 6. Just be careful if he gets a tiny bit too close.
Brand
Weak laning but strong teamfights. Dodge W and you should be fine.
Cassiopeia
Small range and slow waveclear. You can push her in and roam. You're going to be fine as long as you poke and dont get hit by her Q.
Corki
Aim to kill him before he gets Hexdrinker. Push him in, roam and watch out for his package.
Diana
She's a bit tanker and has a shield to make your poke do less. Watch out for her level 6 spike when she might want to dive you. Push her in and roam. Care if she follows up to your roams.
Ekko
His waveclear is good due to his Q. Wait for him to use his E blink on you/other units and then use your Q. Strong mid to late game.
Fizz
Aim to get Zhonya's ASAP due to his level 6 all-in powerspike. Soon as he throws his R at you, use your Zhonya's. He's vulnerable to poke once his E's on cooldown.
Galio
Push and roam, he's almost unkillable in laning phase.
Heimerdinger
Strong waveclear and push potential with his Q. Good powerspike with his ultimate. Great outplay potential. Aim to dodge his rockets and grenade.
Irelia
Really mobile champ, dangerous once she gets her passive stacked. Can easily all-in you after 6. Damage reduction W makes your poke less efficient, and she can easily kill you once she hits her E.
Jayce
Misses waveclear but has a decent poke and roam potential. Push him in and if he roams, then you can get some damage on turret.
Karma
Push and roam. She can't really kill you unless you get close, and that's rarely going to happen with your range.
Karthus
Fairly squishy. After 6, you can burst him due to him not having defensive stats. A bit scarier late game.
Kassadin
Brainless Q spam on you. Gets a magic damage shield after using his Q, so use your spells after it vanishes. Auto attack him as much as you can. Push him in due to him not having waveclear until late. Care if he follows your roams.
Katarina
A mobile champ, great powerspike at levels 2 and 3. Can easily burst you if you don't build any defensive stats.
LeBlanc
She's decently mobile and can roam well, but her waveclear isn't good. Poke her when you can and avoid getting bursted. You might want to consider Exhaust.
Lissandra
Watch out for her level 6. Before she gets R, try to be aggressive, especially first few levels.
Malzahar
Annoying passive, but not really someone who can take you down unless you're in his ultimate range. Don't pop E instantly, wait for his passive to proc and then use your E.
Orianna
Avoid being near the ball. Keep a nice range and you should be fine. Do NOT underestimate her damage as she scales decently.
Ryze
Ryze has a range disadvantage which can't get him in your range very often. Poke from a safe distance and you're good to go.
Swain
If you get an early Morellonomicon, Swain's healing is going to be almost halved and he's going to heal less off of his passive. Overall he's immobile and can easily get ganked.
Syndra
Push her in and roam. Aim to avoid her balls and watch how many she has on the ground so you don't suddenly get hit by 500 damage ultimate.
Taliyah
Mobile champ with okay damage. Avoid her W at all costs otherwise you're going to get bursted. Ping your teammates when she's out of lane so they don't get surprised by her ultimate.
Talon
I personally find this lane hard. He's constantly going to push you in or he's aiming to kill you especially level 2. Armseeker's Guard is a MUST. Ping your teammates when he's missing and ward your river.
Veigar
Don't let him farm with his Q. Avoid getting trapped in his cage, because if you do, it's almost certain death due to your squishiness.
Vel'Koz
Avoid letting him proc his 3-hit passive, since it does true damage. Poke him down in lane as much as you can, but don't go into auto attack range.
Viktor
I have zero to no experience in this match-up. Avoid his W and don't stand where E was used, because it'll damage you hard. He's a great scaler, but doesn't have your push power.
Vladimir
Morellonomicon is a must. Consider taking Ignite in this match-up. He has incredible heals, but at the same time, if they're stopped, he's a lot weaker.
Xerath
Insane poke range and decent damage. Avoid standing close to your minions because he's probably going to hit you with his Q and he'll also be able to hit minions. He has decent push power and can also burst you down. Once he gets ultimate try to avoid his comets once you're low.
Yasuo
Definite skill match-up and my personal worst nightmare. He's so slippery and can easily block everything you throw out at him with his W.
Zed
Remember that his ult places him behind you. Use that to your advantage in case he's not really high on HP or he starts diving you. Overall, avoid getting chunked down by his Q, and don't go in when he gets his mini powerspike at level 3.
Ziggs
Overall an easy match-up. Avoid his Q and don't let him push you in because of his W passive. Aim to poke him down with your E and do your Q+E+R combo when he's low enough.
Zilean
Super annoying in teamfights. Has an ultimate that lets him revive someone on a decently low cooldown. In lane, avoid Q and don't get into E range as he'll probably slow you and throw his combo on you.
Zoe
Annoying little brat. She has some mobility, strong W, strong E that can do true damage once sleep is popped. You can predict where she's going to land after she uses ultimate and use that to your advantage.

Flash is a must on Lux. Gives you so much outplay potential and gives you that little you need as an immobile mage.
Barrier is my usually my second Summoner spell. It gives you that ability to survive during the laning phase and can save you from getting killed.
