There Are a few pros and con's of this build
Cons: the first con is the clear on that you don't have 100% crit witch does mean you can't crit every one to death. Second is that you lose of the over raw damage that you get from building full damage

Pro's: first is shiv next is Titanic hydra witch can be prokt with his q as well as the hydras active. Hydra also scales with heath witch you get from randuins omen and from banshees Vail. Both of them also give you some survival when you go in with your E (sweeping blade) or your R (Last Breath)

As mentioned in the pro and con's section titanic hydra and the defense item scale let's talk about the other 4 items. 1st up is the static shiv. This item is the first buy on almost every build as it works with yasuo well. Next is Blade of the ruin king (BORK) this item is good for fighting as it gives ad and attack speed witch allows for more hydra proks and life steal as well as the life steal active for more survival in fights. Next is berserker greaves this item can be enchanted with anything but I prefer home guards to get to lane faster but the enchante can be what ever you want. Lastly is the trinket I would take a farsight orb as it grants vision instantly and drops a temporary ward. This works to orb at a enamy your chasing because you cannot ult enamys that are not in your vision.
