So, this is my first build i've done, for rammus. He is great like this, as he can still get kills because of his passive, but is still incredibly tanky.

First build is for dominion, and I explain everything for dominion.

Pros:
Extremely good at getting round the map fast
Can tank allot of champs played in dominion
Has a decent amount of damage for a tank; due to his passive Spiked Shell
Able to attack towers
Great at defending or taking towers
Gets focused



Cons:
Needs his skills
Gets banned in draft mode
Needs support for killing champs like Heimerdinger

I haven't put the runes in with testing, just theory, because at the time of making this guide, I haven't bothered with them yet. So use what you like.

You don't need the utility but its my preference. The 23 in defence is also preference, you could cut it down to 21 if you wanted. It is important to get Reinforce

Alternate items could be:
Force of Nature Replacing what ever you want, I wouldn't recommend this, as this is an armor build.

Thornmail Replacing Guardian Angel Personal preference, I personally use Guardian Angel because Rammus can do ALLOT with low health, and survive for ages.

Use your Priscilla's Blessing for speed, thats what its for.

Ghost:
So, with this build Rammus can get anywhere in a few seconds, extremely useful, hence why I use Ghost. Ghost Is useful for getting somewhere, chasing or fleeing.

Garrison:
Garrison is great for defending or diving to get a champ off the tower.

Powerball:
Most builds only get Powerball level one and then max out the rest, although its great for damage when in close combat, just activate and deal a decent amount of damage. And it's great for chasing.

Puncturing taunt & Defensive Ball Curl:
Use these skills in combo for great harass, especially under towers, then they'll be stuck under the tower, also great for saving allies.

Soaring Slam
This a reasonably short cooldown, so feel free to use it allot.

At the very start, rush the windmill, with Ghost & Powerball, do NOT go through the speed boost, it's slower than going strait.

Try to defend towers with your speed as much as possible.

Remember: It's fine to use your Ghost for speed to get somewhere fast.

Your a tank, support your team, take all the damage.

Please note: The total stats is somewhat wrong, not counting in things like his passive Spiked Shell

Remember when versing mages use taunt so they have to auto attack
