I use these two spells the most often:
These spells are incredible when used together. You can absorb some damage from the enemy ADC and do damage at the same time. The enemy Carry will probably use ignite and flash or barrier and flash. If you can trick them in to flashing then the barrier will be no match for the amount of CC nukes you can pull off. Depending on the ADC you may choose to save ignite for when they engage on you. It will make their lifesteal less effective and give you the opportunity to nuke them to 3013. I can not stress how good these spells are. They make it so that the only side doing the running is them.
If you feel you can avoid damage and secure kills then by all means take flash instead of barrier.

Only engage when you have enough fury to use a bonus attack. Wait for support to pull/ engage them then use your stun to stop them in their tracks. Try to time the stun so that it hits them after your partners CC goes off, maximizing the duration. Bushes are your friend and your enemies worst nightmare. Sometimes the enemy team will face check a bush giving you the opportunity to CC them to death. The strategy here is to wait until they enter the bush and use the knock ups and stuns. Then use the pulls/slows when they start to run.
Blitzcrank has to be the best duo bot partner in this situation because he can do a lot of damage if he isn't building full support. The AP damage will sneak up on them and the amount of CC and AOE ult secures kills! Use bushes as often as possible to mess with the enemy carry. This will force them to waste mana looking for you, place a ward, or lose health face-checking. Low ELO bush tactics FTW!!!
Thresh will also work well in this situation as he has a ton of CC and an AOE ult too. His lanterns save lives and make plays! They are also good for checking bushes without having to be in them. My only problem with having Thresh support is he will be AD too so there won't be a lot of sneaky AP damage.
These are the only two supports I would recommend for this bottom lane match up. I haven't tested this with too many other supports. I have however tried Nasus and Renekton in bottom lane together. Their ultimates do a ton of AOE damage. Renekton's stun and Nasus's wither is a deadly combination.
