Literally your hardest counter, although only problematic past lower elo. Good Rek'Sai's are able to prevent Lee from even engaging onto her. Try to fake out her W with a ward-hop so you can Q in. Don't let her build up her Fury, that Empowered E hurts.
Viego
This champ is frankly pretty disgusting right now. Absurd damage, sustain, strong CC, stealth, and some incredible objective taking, akin to Master Yi. This is my personal least favorite matchup because if you're even with Viego he is still stronger than you at most points in the game.
Skarner
This champ is very strong right now, and he prevents you from playing the game as soon as you go in. His ultimate is an extremely strong pick tool, and you might need to get QSS in order to survive.
Morgana
This champ is pretty disgusting right now, and she has one of if not the fastest clearing speeds in the game, and if you get hit by her Q, you die.
Nocturne
Interestingly, Nocturne actually hard counters Lee Sin, due to Spellshield blocking Q or E, so you can't chase him or kill him, and he can also Spellshield your ultimate, making it pretty much impossible to deal with him. Don't let him fear you.
Ivern
His power comes from getting his laners buffs, so try and set him and his laners behind as much as possible in order to prevent him scaling. This champ is pretty much impossible to deal with if his team is ahead.
Graves
He will kite you, even with your gap closers, and he will power farm and scale, allowing for better fighting late. He's strong both early and late, so be careful with him. His bonus armor makes him incredibly tanky, but you can still duel him early game if you manage to dodge his Q damage.
Vi
A strong counter, she can duel you early, and is even more flexible than you when it comes to build path. Abusable if she doesn't have her Q up, but otherwise she can roll you.
Olaf
You will not win a 1v1 vs. Olaf if he has one braincell, and he can chase you down with his ult and axes. Not a fun matchup, one of my personal favorite bans.
Rammus
Rammus will taunt you and then he will play the ultimate game of stop hitting yourself. Very strong ganks, and gets much too tanky to kill in the later stages of the game. You can just kick him away if he tries to get too close.
Amumu
Don't get caught off-guard by his damage, he does quite a bit, especially after he gets Bami's Cinder. You can easily cheese him early game with invades, and make sure to kick him off of your carries as peel.
Jax
You can't really win vs him, you'll get outfarmed, and he will stun you if you get too close. He is one of your main counters. Another personal favorite ban.
Ekko
Similar mobility to you, and slightly less damage, as well as being able to nullify your damage with his get-out-of jail free ultimate. Invade him early, his clear isn't the healthiest. Can't duel you unless you get stunned.
Nunu & Willump
Disgusting objective control and farming, you will never get objectives if you're even or ahead, because his q can outsmite you at early levels. You can 1v1 him early if he isn't building AP. I anticipate him being overpowered after the Smite rework on patch 11.10, so I'm preparing my ban
Kha'Zix
You can out-duel a Kha'Zix if you're ahead and he's behind, but other than that try to keep him behind with the help of you laners. Challenging Smite is good here.
Evelynn
This champ will charm you, burst you and then if you live, she will ult and stealth the hell away from you, as well as she can dodge your q with her ult. Although, pre-6 you will win 1v1 fights, she won't engage them, and will often flash away as soon as she sees you.
Elise
Her early game is as strong as yours, so you'll need to get ahead to beat her. Otherwise pretty even, but she can easily get ahead, as well as use her untargetable to dodge your burst.
Fiddlesticks
He hard outscales you, so you should focus on 1v1 fights, although he can sustain through some of your damage, you should have the upper hand in skirmishes, and you will probably get more early objectives. Don't let him fully channel his W on your, it's like half of his damage in 1v1s.
Hecarim
Try to bait his charge and jump out of it using a ward hop, and then you can probably win the duel. Make sure not to get CC'd though, if you do, you're probably dead. After his nerfs, he's not nearly as strong.
Kayn
You'll usually win if he goes Blue, but if he goes Red, you will always lose. 50/50 matchup. Try not to let him get fed, if he does, the game's practically over.
Warwick
I personally win this matchup most of the time, but someone a bit newer to Lee Sin might make a crucial mistake during an early fight, so just try to avoid him.
Rengar
Good Rengars are terrifying. Bad Rengars are pathetic. Fight him early and try to get your laners to collapse on him in the Jungle to set him behind early.
Dr. Mundo
Similar to Olaf but lower damage and higher health, he will chase you down and kill you unless you are ahead. Buy Black Cleaver into this matchup. Situationally, Divine Sunderer can be good into Mundo if the enemy team has other tanks.
Nidalee
Annoying matchup, but you will kill her early because she is squishy, just make sure to get closer to her so she can't kill you with a spear. If the Nidalee is good, she will always try to hit a spear as you use Resonating Strike, so make sure to dodge it with Safeguard onto a ward. Be especially careful if you're playing in D2+. If you're in Korea, just dodge lmao
Lillia
Pretty simple matchup for you, make sure to not get slept, and, like vs Darius, try to be on the inner part of her Q to avoid the bonus true damage. She hard outscales and outfarms you, so try to build a lead early or risk throwing the game.
Jarvan IV
Try not to get CC'd by his E+Q combo, otherwise, he does mediocre damage without his passive, and so you should be fine early game. Lategame, if he goes tank it will be your job to kick him away if he ults your teammates. If he goes lethality your teammate will probably be dead.
Karthus
This champ is really braindead afk farm, so just invade him and kill him. He'll definitely flash away, so try and save your second q for his flash. You might want to get a stopwatch for his ult in the later stages, and upgrade it into a Guardian Angel, he's gonna afk farm and then nuke everybody unless you can survive it.
Gragas
I usually win this matchup, but Gragas is very annoying to fight. He will try to interrupt your abilities with his CC, so make sure to try and bait his abilities. He has insanely high base damage, so you should be careful when trying to fight him.
Sylas
You will out duel him, and your ult is a bad one for him to steal (unless it's out of desparation). Pretty easy matchup. If he gets ahead somehow, you can just get Grievous Wounds, and he'll die quickly. Invade him, his clear is slow and unhealthy.
Master Yi
His early game damage is nothing to scoff at, and you can't let him get to lategame. Ult him out of his W, and make sure to save Q for when he gets out of his Q. Insane farming and scaling. Very susceptible to CC and burst damage.
Shen
His ult, his taunt, his block, it's just so good for Lee Sin.
Kayle
Her ult and heals are nice, and can save you after a shaky engage.
Thresh
You can Safeguard to his Lantern, and then take it to jump a ridiculous distance. His hooks make it so you don't need to be the engage for your team.
Yuumi
Having a Yuumi on Lee Sin allows for some nasty one-shots and clutch heals.
Malphite
This is basically just Malphite representing all traditional top lane tanks (Malphite, Maokai, Sion, Volibear, Ornn, Cho'Gath, etc.) They have a lot of CC to pile onto both your damage.
Ashe
It's always nice to be able to see the enemy Jungler in during the game.
Twisted Fate
You can always count on a TF to roam and help with your roams, as well as supplying you with crucial information of the enemy's position.
Illaoi
You can Safeguard to her tentacles, and help her position enemies with your ult so they are killed by her abilities.
Yasuo
Guaranteed knockup with your ultimate into his. Pretty strong if Dragon's Rage hits multiple people.
Qiyana
This champ is so incredibly strong right now, you can bounce an enemy into her ultimate with good coordination. Very easy to gank for if she grabs Ice.
