Camille is pretty op. She has insane mobility and she can kill you easily. Start Seeker's armguard against her and play safe. Don't you dare to push the lane!
Master Yi
Yi is one of the biggest Vlad's counters. He can stop your combo with his W and he has this jump from Q. Also R is really annoying.
Jarvan IV
Jarvan is one of those champions, which have incredible sustain on you. Just play safe and don't do stupid things. Ask your jungler for gank and after 3-4 kills on him, you should be fine.
Irelia
You're farming under tower. Seriously, you can't do sh*t against her alone. Run Zhonya before Rylai's and use your W wisely.
Akali
Easy lane as long as she doesn't have her ult. Also her W counters your empowered Q, cuz she can hide easily. When you're dominating after hers lvl 6, get abyssal scepter. When you're struggling with her, get spirit visage.
Xin Zhao
More sustain, more damage and more mobility than you. You'll need help of your jungler to get this guy down. Start Rylai though. It'll help you with escaping from him.
Cassiopeia
She has bigger poke and sustaing than you. She will win almost every trade. When you want to poke her, cast E, then use your epowered Q and go back immediately. Ask your jungler to gank asap.
Aatrox
He can heal up faster than you and has more sustain. But he needs his jump to win the trade, so play safe and wait for his mistake.
Darius
Annoying but possible. His hook range is a 50 units smaller than the range of your Q. But when he manages to hook you, you lost the trade already, so play very carefully with him.
Ekko
Really annoying. You have to play safe, because of his ult, he can suddenly outplay you, even if you were winning. Rush for abyssal scepter first and don't get baited.
Dr. Mundo
He is so easy to poke and outplay. Just don't get under his tower and you'll be fine.
Diana
She doesn't go on top really often but when she does, you will have a hard time. It's a winnable lane tho, just don't get baited, and try to dodge her pokes. When she uses her ult, click W and swim away :>
Fiora
She has dash, she has damage, she has sustain. Very hard lane, lots of pokes. Build seeker's armguard and rush for rylai. Ask your jungler for help.
Garen
So annoying. He has his passive, which causes him to heal up fast from your pokes. He will probably play agressive. Watch out for his silence and ult, cuz you're really squishy at the beginning. When he hasn't ult he's easy to kill though as long as you have your Rylai's ofc.
Galio
He won't be able to kill you, but you won't be able to kill him. This is a boring lane, just farm and poke him in early game. Due to his passive, he will build mr and wil outsustain you. Ask your jungler for help and you are fine.
Gangplank
He has terrible early game, just like you. You can easily poke him to death though, dodge his barrels and you won this lane.
Gnar
He's such a pain in the ***. He will poke you very hard and you will have to think twice before making any decision. Rush first seeker's armguard and poke him when you can.
Heimerdinger
He has more damage than you, but he's very squishy. When he gets out of his turrets punish him hard, and he'll be afraid of doing something against you.
Illaoi
Don't fight under her ult! She hasn't much mobility and is easy to poke. But you can get outplayed by her ult. When she pops up this though, use your W and swim away.
Jax
When he jumps into you, use your W in the right time and swim away. Good Jax will punish you hard so play carefully and poke him only with your empowered Q.
Jayce
Such pain and sorrow... He has more damage and sustain, so farm safely and ask your jungler for help. Although it's possible to win this lane alone, but you'll have to think very much and move all time.
Katarina
She rarely goes on top, but i saw her there sometimes. She's very squishy. Save your W for her ult and dodge her daggers on the ground. She can escape easily, so don't chase her if she manages to escape on low hp.
Kayle
Possible, but hard. She has good damage, she can heal, she can slow you... So play safe and ask your jungler for help. Poke her only with empowered Q.
Kennen
Don't let him get stacks and save your W for his ult. He can escape very easily, so don't chase, otherwise, he'll outplay you.
Kled
Poke, poke, poke, poke, poke. When he hasn't his mount, get the Q > E > Q combo on him, and he should be dead. Don't chase! He can mount up fast when you'll chase him.
Malphite
Annoying af. He will sustain your poke with his passive shield and you'll have to weave your AA's to get him on low hp. Watch out for his combo with ult!
Mordekaiser
Not so hard, but annoying. You'll have to play carefully and you'll be fine. There's no way you both can kill each other when you'll play safe.
Nasus
You can poke him very hard, when he tries to get stack. Don't let him farm. Watch out for his slow, when he has lvl 9 and the full Q combo ready. Don't kill yourself from stupidity.
Olaf
Don't let him hitting you when he's on low hp. Poke him and you won this lane.
Pantheon
Easy. He specialises in killing the low hp ppl. You're never going to be on low hp in lane, when you're Vlad :>
Poppy
This is Poppy. Poppy counters ad. You're ap. Well... :>
Renekton
He will win every fckn trade on this lane, so play safe and poke him when you can. Build seeker's armguard and you should counter his poke damage.
Riven
Very hard lane. You'll need the help of your jungler to kill her, cuz she has insane damage against you. Poke her carefully, don't let her get near you.
Rumble
He is melee, he needs the contact to damage you. Stay away from him and poke, poke, poke.

He can outtrade you when he pops up his combo. Stay away from him and poke him to death.
Tahm Kench
So annoying. His shield will bring you nightmares ;/ But still it's pretty easy lane, you can easily poke him.
Teemo
Boring lane, lots of mind games. Poke him only with empowered Q and try to remember where he places his mushrooms. Then you'll be fine with that.
Trundle
You have to be careful with him, but he isn't much threat to you as long as he can't get near you.
Tryndamere
He will push the lane like a bi*ch to fill his rage. He can dodge your ult with his ult, so don't chase him at all costs, he can punish you hard. Don't let him get near you.
Vayne
She started to going on top. Wonder why, but about a game: she is VERY squishy. She has greater poke potential than you, so use only your empowered Q and you'll be fine. When you pop up your combo with ultimate, she's dead, without arguing.
Volibear
Sooooooo annoying >.> He has great sustain and if he runs into you, he will win the trade. Poke him hard, with everything you have, you have to play agressive with him, but don't be stupid :>
Yasuo
Your Q goes through his wind wall, but he has cancerous dash, so you have to play carefully with him. You can poke him easily tho
Yorick
Annoying again, he has great sustain and you have to watch out for his ghouls.
Zilean
I saw him on top somewhere in bronze, but he has no chance with you :> Watch out for his bombs tho
Urgot
Urgot is very strong and his ultimate is the most lethal one for you as you can't really escape. He is tanky and has good damage, so you have to play safe
Ornn
His only advantage is that he can stay much longer on lane than you as he can make items by himself and when he has the biscuit rune, he won't run out of hp or mana soon. But he has almost no damage and you can easily outplay him, but still it won't be first blood for sure.
Kai'Sa
Kai'sa has great mobility and good damage even in early game. You have to play safe, otherwise she will outplay you easily. Still she's squishy af at the beginning, so when she's poked enough - pop the combo Q > R > E > W > empowered Q and she should be dead. Don't engage wihtout ultimate if your jungler isn't close.
