Blue Side: RED > KRUGS/WOLVES > BLUE > SCUTTLER/GANK then SCUTTLER
Red Side: BLUE > GROMP > RED > SCUTTLER/GANK then SCUTTLER
You can go these paths on every side but top/mid ganks are very easy in early.
How to gank?
Go to lane from behind, throw your E under oponnent, try to AA him after E, if your laner will CC him just use Q to extend CC time and it should be easy kill.
Some of my last games.
