Hello there.
My name is Bryan, with the new rank system implemented I have now been appointed Scout/Editor! What I bring to you today is a chance to receive a Scout Point, for you guide if it up to my standards.

What's a Scout Point?

Basically what Scout Points are, is if you have the required amount of Scout Points your guide will be featured on the front page. Not a big deal? Wrong, being featured on the front page will help your guide gain a massive amount of publicity along with the Scout's Seal of Approval. So yes, it's a big deal.

  1. Is this an optimal build?
  2. Can I back it up with logical reasoning?
  3. Statistical proof?
- One main build, this is my pet peeve. I want one build, which one do you use the most? If you have alternative items place them in an "Alternative/Situational Items" section.
  - My only exception for this is if your champion can...
    1. Lane or Jungle
    2. Be used as an ability power or attack damage champion.
Depth
- This is simply how much your guide has to offer, if your guide is bare/non-extensive, too bad. I would like to see as much as possible, but not too much that my brain explodes. Ask yourself...
  1. Will an idiot understand how to play this champion?
  2. Does my guide include useful tips?
  3. Do I explain why I get these items, runes, masteries, skill sequence?
  4. Are there any helpful visuals (pictures/videos) that can be seen?
  5. Proof that this build works? ie. game-play scores (preferably ranked statistics)

- Your guide has to have some organization to it, just a wall of text does not cut it for me.

Receiving a Scout Point from me will not be easy, as you can tell above all of that has to be fulfilled in order for you to earn one. Also, if there is a possibility you did meet the requirements above I will not inform you if I +Scout, to honor the discrepancy of being featured.

Requirements

Must have my guide expectations above.
Author must be Summoner level 30.
Author must have experience in ranked game-play. But, it depends.
Only one guide can be permitted per-day.
