The reason for you to go omnistone is, its a rune for jack of all trades
your main focus is "predator" rune, with this rune you can literally close the lack of mobility gap on senna.
the runes are listed below:
hail of blades, works
fleet footwork, works
press the attack, works
aery, works
comet, works
glacial augment, works
electrocute, works
dark harvest, works but not that much
grasp of undying, works
lethal tempo, works but not that much
conqueror, once you proc it, works like a charm.
predator: is your main focus keystone
with this keystone, you can escape, rush to lane, gank enemy jungle or mid, you can do pretty much everything.
I dont think you need extra crit items, all you need is lethality on senna, your goal is to collect souls and deal damage to enemy as much as you can.
by the 20th minute, average senna should've collect 80+ souls.
and when you have 100-120 souls, you should have your IE
