Basicly with this build you rely on your Q. You use E to get to the enemy ir even taunt him, while doing that, you use Q, but you gotta make sure that you will hit your enemy atleast 3 times, because you deal most damage after using your Q. Maybe you wont be able to One-shot enemies in early game, but you will win against almost every match-up, since Shen is strong early game, especialy if you have red buff. But be carefull with characters with life steal and healing, since they might have chance against you. But this build is only for iron-gold. Basicly to climb out of gold, so yeah, have fun!
