Give kill and fall back your lane with

Difficult Top Laners
<-- He is very difficult , because he has got a Decisive Strike.You should wait in your turret , or you can die in early game.

<-- He is not a problem for you, because his skills arent counter you.You can kill him easily.
You should buy a vision ward. If you wont buy vision ward , you can eat his shrooms :) . But it is not problem , you have got a Shield spell Feint.Teemo is a easy kill because he is a mid champ ( i think. ). He hasnt got armor or magic resist , if your jungler can stune him, you can kill him in 3 - 5 sec. .

PROS
1- Good support.
2- Has got an escape skill.
3- Has got a health regen skill.
4- Has got a shield(cooldown is very short.)
5- Has got a friend teleport skill.
6- Good Tank.
CONS :(
1- Cant tons of damage.

has got long cooldown.
3- He is a ninja but we are using for a tank =D
